Sutton builders were fabulous to rent from! Super reasonable prices, felt like we were living in a real home (full basement, garage, fenced in backyard) but at apartment rental prices. Keith was especially kind to work with and even went as far as to give advice and reccs on our new house! They were always fast to help with repairs and their online system was easy to navigate! Would recommend!!
