Stay away from this dodgy shop please. You don't need all the stress you will have by dealing with them. I've purchased around 40 mobile phone for my company from them. A few of them came blocked to O2 (even though we where not made aware of it and did not get a contract phone from them). I've being trying to get this sorted since November: codes sent to me do not work and I just got asked whether I wasn't typing the code on the wrong phone. Every time I need to deal with a different person that does not sort the problem out. Disgusting.

I only gave one ticket, I can not recommend it to anyone

The service is appalling, it's practically impossible to get hold of anyone at Telenomics. I renewed my O2 contract with them and I'm regretting it. Do not use this company
