I have been a customer for 2 years. The service is fine i guess (i never had put in any claims or call them for any reason). However, the guy that calls to get you to renew is very rude and nasty. When you call it seems like he maybe the owner and only person working as the auto attendant is in his voice (he sounds douche even as the auto attendant). I need a company not only to gives me what i am paying for but is polite and have manners (is that to much to ask). Maybe he thinks he is the only company. nonetheless, I will not being doing business with them again because of him.
