My mother stayed her and foreve to endure elder abuse and neglect. She was berated for not being able to control her bodily functions. Luckily the aid who verbally abused her was fired, but there was also many other things that were neglectful.

Horrible place. Almost killed my mom. Gave her C def and released her sick and weak because she hit some insurance billing date. The nurse privately told me how concerned she was but afraid to speak up.

Management needs to step up they released property against a living will not my major concern at the moment...hiwever it's still a hiccup I don't think anyone who has a brain and works in this industry should make... Employees seemed to put there best efforts into there job, so I don't feel that's the biggest issue. Insurance is really quick to cut funding for ppl when there in a facility like this which of course can put them in a position where they simply can't do any more unless the family can foot the bill from what I've seen this is the biggest area for things to go wrong and prevent patients from possibly getting better or progressing in recovery. Staff communication is excellent in my experience.

Friendly staff, crafts, hair dresser,
Manicurist, birthday gatherings. Many more.... I was in Rehab Facility. Staff always checked on you and made sure you were comfortable. Rehab staff was excellent and I enjoyed every one there. I was there December 2017. Nice place to be.

I've had a great experience with both staff and administration here. Very easy to work with and their focus is clearly on what's best for their patients.

Camilla rose is terrible. They re ALWAYS short staff and the workload is heavy.

Was injured three times while there. Aides and Nurses we're kind. Most were caring but not trained well. Physical Therapy was useless. Didn't work with what was needed to do at home. Will never go back.

My father has been in here since Sept and it has been nothing but neglect, and staff turn over. They never trimmed his toe nails, they do not bring him his medications on time, and today I was told they completely lost his medical records. Recently he has bad edema (fluid in his extremities) building up in his legs which is a new medical development of his current condition, and has the on staff doctor checked him out?? NOPE. Even when I spoke with a RN on Christmas Eve and we talked about making sure he was seen on Thursday by the Doctor. Never happened. I specifically told her to make sure he was seen. Never happened. He has been trying to talk to the social worker, and they are never there. They also acted like they have wanted him out since they day he came in, but instead of trying to treat him to get him out they walk in and turn off his call light and leave. The call light device is even hanging off the wall-broken and no one has fixed it. The bathroom smells very strongly of pee, so clearly that is never cleaned. His food trays are never cleared out if his room, either he or I have to empty his hand urinal, because it is rarely done by the staff. Multiple doctors appointments have been missed because no rides are set up when he requests them well in advance. PT was ridiculous coming in at random times each week, no consistency, so there were times he wasn t ready for them, so they cancelled his treatment. He is in a wheelchair and is on disability, so we have tried to find him another place to go, but no one will take him, so he is stuck here. Neglected, and he can speak up for himself, but nobody listens. Maybe this review will get someone to listen and do something to fix the lack of medical care the patients deserve-otherwise they are just going to end up killing patients from neglect.

Well the guest desk lady could use a lesson in manners.and the accounts billing department was the most caring and eager in wanting to help me. But to be honest with anyone who reads this post. Don't put your loves in a home if all possible. It cheaper and way better to hire someone to come in. I lost my mother to the St. Trease home in New Hope MN to elderly abuse .

The company is always complaining about lack of funds and trying to cut corners. They cannot pay their employees what they deserve because of this. If they pay their employees well there will not be such a high turnover. If you take care of the employees 1st then they are happy to do their job and will then the residents will receive exceptional service. Take care of the people who help the people.

I spent almost 2 weeks in this facility rehabilitating and I'll honestly say that it has one of the greatest staff that I've seen anywhere. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Owner and must say she was the sweetest and most kindest person I've ever had the privilege of meeting..:) Thanks for everything guys.

Camilia Rose was ok. Management put on a game face and worked with my transportation issues as a staff there as long as they could. So I appreciate them for that. Working for them well that s something different. Overworked and underpaid. Short staff and burnout to those who actually care. Being a African American woman working in predominantly white company with ALL white clients was hard enough as it is. But ratio to clients to NAR, timing they give for unrealistic task. Bad evaluations they give that insult your character. I was exhausted and stressed working there the whole time. So they fired me. Three days later. I increased my pay rate working closer to home with a diverse facility including clients and staff. With a black woman in charge. Look at God.

My mom passed away on Tuesday and she was in familia since May, it was such a nice place and my mom did better there.

Horrible place. Almost killed me. Got out of there 6months ago. Staff are overworked they tried,they tried to be nice but I could tell everyone was stressed out and did not know what they were doing. Did not get my medications on time. Never helped me out of bed. Neglected every care I needed. Developed a cdiff infection had been in hospital had to go back because of the lack of care.Never got a shower.The food made me sick. Had trouble with the billing department, I believe they overbilled me tried to get it figured out but the administration had no answers. They overlooked all my issues. No one seemed eager to help me at all. They put on a game face.
Do not put your loved one in this facility.

I did my clinicals here and my entire class agreed we'd never return to this care center where neglect is obviously extremely common.. dirty, smelly facility. Staff are rude & not a welcoming environment. Do not put your loved one in this facility. Management was the worst.

Tried several times to contact my Aunt. Finally called main line. HIPPA they said. I gave name and number. Nothing. Talked to her son they put phone where she can t reach it. Too many Scary health stories to share while she is in there. As a former nursing home advocate for families; I recommend report directly to state and Medicare. Yes, some staff are awesome. Report these as positive people. Best of luck.
