So my boiler had broken and I had a lovely man called Simon who was so kind friendly and helpful. Sadly while he was here working i had a seizure and his fast action got me the help I quickly needed, sure maintenance have sent me the most beautiful bunch of flowers to my home I am blown away by all your kindness! Simon thank you you saved me! I csnt thank you enough to all at sure maintenance love katie x thank you for all your work.

Absolutely disgusting service. Have now had no heating or hot water for 5 days. An engineer arrived on Wednesday to claim it needed a new part. The guy came on Saturday to fix it to then be told we now need a new boiler and will have to wait till Monday to discuss it! I have 3 children who require baths and showers. I am a key worker who is risking her life during COVID.

Unfortunately it is impossible to give a minus rating for this company. Have nothing good to say about these cowboys. I care for a disabled gentleman who only has one leg and cannot get around without assistance. When these so called professionals came to do his gas service in February I showed them that the control panel wasn't working properly they said would order a new one and return in a few days to replace it well still waiting. I had to phone them again today as the boiler isn't working properly. Promised an emergency appointment as he has no hot water. They also said engineer whould ring my phone to tell us he was on his way. Well surprisingly no phone call no engineer been out as yet. I will be contacting the housing association first thing in the morning to lodge a complaint against this company.

Failed to turn up for appointment, rang the company to be told "They called at 2pm you must've missed them" which seems to be their standard excuse. I had been awake since just gone 7am and not moved out the door at all. Seems to be their standard excuse!

It has taken over 3 month to still not fix my Gran...

It has taken over 3 month to still not fix my Grandma's heating. So far engineers have been called out almost 20 times. Each time the identify the same issue with it that I did. (I am not an engineer) But It needs a complete refit of the whole system. The Sure group have arranged appointments to have this work done but repeatedly don't show up! How can this company be allowed to operate when it is willing to allow our eldrely family members and neighbours to suffer through bitterly cold nights? And yet again have them waiting from 8am till 10pm without even turning up! The Sure group is an absolute disgrace. I know it's not directly the engineers faults. But something has to be done to stop this obberant company from operating! Disgusting operating standards! Shut them down!

I ve waited a week for someone to come out and fix my boiler, I have been left with no central heating or hot water and I have a family. When I rang up and asked when someone was coming out twice I was told they d be with me in 24 hours. Nobody turned up so rang back after 7 days which I was then told there was no job put on for my house. My house is actually more cold inside than it is outside. When I was fed up and cross on the phone the women began to swear at me, was very patronising and then put the phone down after saying boooo hoooo when I repeated I have had no hot water or heating for 7 days and I have a baby.

Just had the lovely aiden here to fit me a new boiler. Excellent work from the lad. Nearly broke his back getting my old big heavy boiler out. But had help to carry it out from my brother. To say he's only been with the company 2 months he's done a brilliant job. Thanks again aiden

After recieving such poor service and complaining, Mr Coleman sent out an engineer the next morning.. Andy gave me a call to notify that he was on his way and he fixed my boiler issue up to the correct standard. He also tested my boiler to make sure it was working correctly and checked all of my heaters, as well as bleeding those that were not producing heat as it should be.
