Had a Control4 system installed many years ago and it really was not what I had expected. It has been quite unreliable and troublesome. But the worst part is my rep, Steve Dionne, has gone MIA and will not even respond to our inquiries in order to update and possibly upgrade our system. Not sure why when this is the business they are in. I reached out to another dealer in town and they were more than helpful and motivated to assist us with upgrading our system.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Where to start. I purchased a home that was outfitted with extremely dated and broken smart home tech. I called Sure Innovations and I was introduced to Steve Dionne. This guy knows his stuff. He came out, assessed the home, and made a game plan. The house has the all new Control4 system. Everything works flawlessly. All of my TVs, home audio in every room, all of the lights, even my garage door openers are integrated with one smart phone app. The whole team was extremely professional during the whole process. SuRe Innovations dealt with the issues surrounding our smart home system with efficient professionalism. It was refreshing to work with a company who truly cares about their customer. Couldn t be more pleased with Drew & the team. I was stuck trying to get surround sound in my basement. Drew came in, walked me through how it could be done & how much. The install team came in & did it. Looks & sounds awesome! SuRe Innovations will be my first call for future AV issues.
Our family has successfully relied upon and worked closely with the SureInnovations team since our leap of faith about a dozen years ago when we went all in on home automation with an extensive installation during the building of our new home. Sean and Tom designed and delivered a state of the art Contol 4 system with multiple listening zones, theatre room, deck, patio, poolside listening and viewing areas that still amazes and delights. Since then with the able assistance of designer Steve Dionne, we have recently completed Project 2, a fully automated 50s bungalow retro-fit with smartphone controlled security, locks, climate, lighting, multi-room sound, Sonos, TVs and voice control, fully remote controlled for very convenient short term stays! No more hassle over lost keys! We love what they ve done with the place.
We can look back on many years of excellent history with Sean and Tom and have found their team at SureInnovations to be unfailingly trustworthy, reliable, creative and just a joy to work with! In fact we can hardly wait to get going on our next project!
Tia is amazing to deal with! We purchased a automatic mower a few years ago ( if you don't have one, you NEED one!) and anytime we need an update or a part Tia is always professional and efficient. I love visiting the showrooms and getting ideas for our next project.
