They dont deserve to get review.I dont like this company.

Cheating Company... They will not pay salaries nor PF's. They deduct PF and they wont pay. It has been more than 14 months still to Pay F & F salary, even after serving notice. No ethics for Senior employees . Take profits on them.. Worst Company ever. I have never got salary without mulriple follow up every month shows how professional organization you are. If don't have to provide then don't put benefits in offer letter and save nature.

Advice to Management

Its a big sin for the company and for you as well by cheating like this. How company will grow if you behave like this. Better Dont cheat the employees who trust you.

The worst Company ever !!.. They stop paying salaries, ask employees to serve notice and they will say F & F and they wont Pay. They take 8 months or 10 months also , they will tell stories but they wont pay, Cheater organization. They deduct PF and they will not pay PF also. Dont dare to join anyone. No positive things to share.. For freshers or for senior employees also they cheat equally. Not Ethics and Morals.

1 year experience of SNPL = 3 years experience of any other company...

Exllent opportunities for freshers , talented and experienced people

I don't like this company the way they treat their employees by not giving any proper documents to employees(offer letter,apy slips,appointment letter) and very late salaries they give. If we ask our documents then they avoid employees by not giving replies to them, not answering calls, disconnecting calls. They play with employees career. Please be aware before joining in this company becoz other than this there are many more opportunities.

When will u pay my money. Humongous swindler never pay on time & never give mentioned benefits in offer letter, when ask for benefits HR will say company policies changed. After serving notice they bring F&F which is no ware written in offer letter. No email reply or respond to phone call when visit to office concern person wouldn't be available. It has been more than 16 months and still F&F not settled from this cheating morons.

Advice to Management

Don't cheat with the employees hardworking money, you won't take with you afterlife nor helpful for your generations.

This organization don't even deserves any star there should be -ve option also
