Misleading price match guarantee. Just exchanged a few emails with their representatives about price matching for a tap, and turns out they wouldn't do price match anyway even the conditions are met. If you're looking for competitive prices go shop somewhere else.

Great to see a company that focuses on products that are well made and help us all reduce the energy and water we use, which in turn helps the environment. Having bought products from here, price is good as is the service and advice, the products do what they say on the tin, delivering the savings, that the clever calculators let you work out on each product page. Learn and Save section seems to be new since I last visited which I love - virtually an article, or tips on everything for us all to do our bit for planet earth. Max
