ARTICLE 2, SECTION 1, U.S. CONSTITUTION:
"Each State shall appoint, in such Manner ***as the Legislature thereof*** may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress..."
This Court told the state to follow the manner that IT directed. That is Un-Constitutional! The manner of choosing electors is left to the Legislature, NOT the State Supreme Court! This is a clear abuse of power, and these judges ought to be thrown out! But of course I assume they'll face no penalty for it.

Heavens, I nearly retired to PA. Thank goodness I thought better of it. The court is full of leftist loons. SC suits my lifestyle so much better.

Rigged election and leftist so far up their hind end. So many wonderful cities and it allows the democratic cities to make it spoiled.

HR836 has every right and expectation to be enforced. We also expect the governor to be held accountable for his delay of signing the executive order ending this as well, not just told he must sign it.
THE PUBLIC IS WATCHING.

The current court has failed morally and ethically. They are no longer valid for justice and or truth.

Thank you for taking steps to ensure everyone can vote and vote safely by mail. The more people that can vote, the more democratic the process. I appreciate your effort in the fight against voter suppression.

Does this court do anything but rubberstamp the left wing agenda?

The court is currently filled with a majority of left wing tyrants! Unconstitutional usurping of power from Pennsylvanians should have the gerrymandering judges impeached. President Trump won the 2016 election in PA, so the PA Supreme Court changed the congressional districts to favor Democrats. The courts do not change the destruct maps, the legislators do after a census. PA still holds true it s title as one of the most corrupt governments in the nation .

The Supreme Court is a failure for extending the mail in ballot deadline. Frauds!
