It was a pleasure working with John to find my vehicle.

Typically, I dread the "Car Buying Experience".

I initially inquired about one that was advertised in the Sunday paper, only to learn it was already sold. Another advertised vehicle that had caught my attention was already sold too. John offered to go check the lot to see what else was available to meet my needs, and call me back, which he did in a very timely manner.

I went to test drive the vehicle that John suggested, and purchased it that night. At no time did I feel pressured, and all of my questions were answered.

Thank you for the professional manner in which you run your business. I will definitely recommend John and Baierl to my friends, and plan to come back when it's time to purchase my next vehicle.

I have had a great experience with the sales staff...

I have had a great experience with the sales staff, the financing staff and the roadside assistant staff. This one star review is for the service department. I purchased my new CTS from Baierl in 2016. Since that time, I have been getting approximately 20,000 miles out of a set of tires. I have asked questions about this as I felt something was wrong. I was told the first set of tires were high performance tires and I would not get many miles out of them. OK. The second set of tires again wore out quickly and I asked a lot of questions and was told I just got a bad set. The third set of tires again wore out quickly but this time I took my car to a new mechanic. With one look at the car, he knew something was wrong. It turns out nobody ever aligned the rear wheels and I have been driving around dragging my rear tires down the road. This caused the tires to wear in a funny pattern that SHOULD have been detected when the tires were rotated at every oil change. NOPE. Baierl would rather stick with me with a $1,400 bill every 9 months (I drive a lot) than fix the problem. My new mechanic is appalled at the lack of expertise as shown by Baierl Cadillac. Additionally, somebody has been using the wrong wrench to remove the pin from the oil pan and that had to be replaced because it was stripped. Really?! You had trouble changing the oil??? I trusted the service department to take care of my care and I have been seriously let down.

Buying a new car is normally a long and awful process. This was not the case dealing with Leo Parks at Baierl Cadillac. He was able to get me the 2013 SRX in the color that I wanted with all the equipment at price that I was very comfortable with. I didn't have to deal with any hidden costs/fees. What we agreed upon was what it was. He also took the time to go over everything and I mean everything with us--- There are lots of great functions that this car has and he took the time to go over them all. Never once did I feel rushed. The entire process from beginning to end was above excellent and the entire team there was very friendly as well. I am def going to recommend Baierl Caddillac and Leo to all my friends and family. Honestly, I felt 110% sure when I was leaving there that I got what I wanted and more! Thanks again Leo!

There was zero pressure on the sale from the start...

There was zero pressure on the sale from the start which I love. Ian took as much time with us as we needed and did not rush to go anywhere. I came back and did the purchase and it couldn't have been more pleasant. They really treat you well and would recommend to anyone.

Went to Baierl looking for a new Red CTS, no one would talk to me. The manager had me go for a test drive in a XTS which I didnt want with the garage technician. I didnt even warent a salesman. I went to Rorich and ordered my car and got vastly better service.
My advice is save yourself the hassle and just go to Rorich.

My wife and I had a great sales experience with Baierl Cadillac. Don took his time and explained the products and model features from top to bottom and really helped us pick out the perfect car. Because he was unexpectedly unavailable, Joe helped us negotiate the deal and handled the delivery. Together, they made us feel completely comfortable not only with the car we selected, but with the purchase and delivery. Baierl Cadillac is certainly a notch above!

We bought our Cadillac Escalade around October & we are having issues with the Navigation working properly so after driving an hour to get to the dealership to have someone look at the settings we are rudely told by the guy in service that you will have to wait at least an hour. The prime reason we don t buy out of town.

I had an appointment for my wife CTS to have the oil changed. The last couple of weeks. The weather had been raw and the vehicle showed it in side and out. They took us early without hesitation. When I took delivery after the oil change and tire rotation the CTS look showroom new in and out. Baierl Cadillac staff does go the extra mile.

I purchased my ATS at another Cadillac dealer, but took it to Baierl for routine service due to their proximity to my office. And I'll be back - because their staff made the visit so pleasant. Kudos to Regina and Leanne in the Service Dept (and the gentleman who shuttled me to my office while they serviced my car). I'm sure that they were busy, but they didn't show it; instead they took their time to answer my questions, and made me feel like I was their favorite customer.

Our sales person was good. The dealership itself seems to be focused on money money money. The sales people themselves do seem interested in what we were wanting. It's possible it was just the man we had was good at his job and not too pushy. But I probably would not buy a vehicle from the dealership. No reflection on the sales people just the dealership I wasn't comfortable with it.

The service advisors were very personable and professional. The waiting are was neat and clean, as was the showroom. Everyone of the staff from the person greeting me as soon as I pulled up in the service entrance to service advisors, salesmen and even the person sweeping the floor in the service entrance was personable, curious, and professional. I've been a customer of Baierl Cadillac since 2011 and have always been treated personable, curious, and professional. My 2019 CTS was serviced and washed and returned when promised. Thank you for a job well done.

absolutely horrible buying expirence from day one....

absolutely horrible buying expirence from day one. received one key to the car without a working automatic started and the battery died within an hour I had to pay for the battery never got a key the breaks made noises I brought it in the never resolved the issue I fixed it myself then the head unit on the car is broken due to heat cracks and they refused to fix it and want me to pay 1300 when I bought the car off them 5 months ago I highly recommend you stay away from this place.

Just purchased a certified Cadillac from Bairel. I've purchased many cars and dislike the process. That is until I purchased from Bairel. It was a quick, painless, experience. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and were very fair on the price with the vehicle I purchased. I have done thank you's in order.

Great Dealership and Great Service

Great Dealership and Great Service

We recently purchased a new XTS at the Baierl Cadillac in Wexford. This is the second car we bought from this facility. The first Cadillac we bought has been serviced there many times with absolutely the best service and quality work we have ever experienced. Tom Holderman was our sales rep and Mike Rossi the General Manager for our recent purchase of an XTS. They put together a great deal for us and treated us with respect and honesty.

Everyone at this facility is extremely friendly and professional. I don't think you will find a better place anywhere to purchase a car or to have your car serviced.

Overall process went well but the vehicle itself was not detailed to a level that I would expect for a Cadillac of this value. It appeared to have been done in a hurry and many prep details were overlooked (plastic still covering some parts, batteries not installed in dvd player remote or headphones, scuff marks not removed, overall vehicle cleanliness especially in some less obvious areas like above the license plate and in the rear wiper area above the rear glass). Disappointed that I will now need to bring it back for follow-up detailing.

The service appointment was a good experience. It took less than 10 minutes to drop off my car for scheduled maintenance. Within 10 minutes of dropping off the car, the shuttle driver and I were on our way. The car was ready before the time I was given. The paperwork was ready when I got there and I was on my way within 5 minutes. The car was cleaned inside and washed. I am completely satisfied with my appointment and service.

Could not be happier with the process of leasing a new Cadillac with Baierl. Everyone from the management team, to the sales and finance people were a pleasure to deal with. It was an easy, no hassle process. I knew what I wanted and they delivered within 48 hours.

Worst customer service ever , had my car detailed for 280.00 and did such a bad job , and scratched the entire face of my dash and did a 5 year old cleaning job , destroyed my carpet and did not install back correctly unbelievable , I took pictures and emailed , talked to service manage said he would call me back by end of day , waited all day no call or email.. business is built by reputation and quality of work ... this is the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with .. ...

I have no idea how they have 5 stars. Service almost never picks up the phone, and when you leave a message they only call back about one time in five. I had to schedule an oil change two weeks out. Last time I was there for an oil change, which should be a simple 30 or 45 minute process, I sat in the waiting room for almost 3 hours. That s not my idea of even reasonable service, let alone good service. By the way, if you want any of the things they promised you, like them sending someone to take your car to and from them for service, well good luck with that. It s a fight just to get them to lend you a car. They lost me for a client.
