Chaos waiting system! Absolute mess! No reservation. Super chaotic sitting process. They tell you you are next in line, but in fact you are 4-5 parties behind. They fail not only to tell you more or less reliable sitting time (say 20 minutes, in fact one hour), but tell you wrong turn number!
