Monsoon rain closed the front 9 and we had to play the back 9 twice. It was over crowded and took nearly 5 1/2 hours. I will say that is unusual. Normally the course is in good shape and plays fair.

This golf course is very nice for the area. The staff was extremely friendly and the beverage cart girl went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The course was in great condition and there's nothing really that stood out about the course that would make me think negatively about it. For the price it's a great value and has a very nice driving range and practice putting green.

The course was was in awful shape, and the cart girl did last call at 2:30 pm. Really? 2:30? I guess these girls aren't into making money. No wonder people have to stash away beverages in their golf bags. Just sayin'

So I golfed here three weeks ago. I've been golfing here in the winter for 22 years.March 18 rain day. Had to rush in. Left head covers in cart. Returned to pick up head covers. Was told people take them put them in there bag and forget. First of all COVUD 19you dont clean out used carts. So basically you park them do not take out the trash and let someone go right in the next day. DISGUSTING

The course was muddy, the sprinklers were on and we had to skip a few holes. The cart started to hum as if it was in reverse while we were driving forward and the GPS/electronic scorecard was broken. I actually called in to tell them the sprinklers were on and they did nothing as far as I could see. At the end of the round they asked how our round was and told them "it was fine if you consider [the above mentioned] was acceptable." No response from the employee, all he did was hand me back my credit card they held for the rental clubs. We are here on vacation so for the price we paid (green fees and club rental) I'm very disappointed in the course and customer satisfaction.

Loved this track. However, the score card should be enhanced to show the course and hole layout. For the first time player like the 4 of us, it was difficult to navigate the course. Alternatively you could buy the yardage book for $9, which is to high of a price. But that's just my opinion.

Love it

We chose to play this course even thought it is a 45 minute drive for us because we have a Fore Card Players card and knew we got a discount with it. We were told on the phone that the greens fees would be $39 per player. We got charged $50! I did not check my reciept at the time but during the round it occurred to me that we got over charged. I went back into the pro shop after finishing and encountered a rude person behind the counter. I was told that whoever told us $39 made a mistake and quoted us the weekday rate. I pushed for the quoted rate and was told that he could give me a $6 range certificate "if I was really worried about the $6".
We will never golf there again - not when there are dozens of courses closer with better customer service!!

Interesting course to play, you have to place your shots. On many holes you can't/shouldn't hit drive.

But the course is a bit run down and it's not just sue to the on coming heat. On course bathrooms are disgusting and there are plenty of areas where there should be fairway or rough and there's just dirt. And like many courses in the area the trap don't have enough sand and are often really compacted.

My group have Arcis cards so for 35$ it wasn't too bad.

It's pretty annoying to want to hit golf balls iand to drive a fair distance to do so only to find out that the location is closed. It didn't say closed on Google, it doesn't say closed on their website and it sure as heck doesn't say closed on their answering service. Thank you for wasting my time!

I love this course. The staff were super friendly. The course is beautiful and challenging. I think 14 holes have water running next to or between the green and fairways. There were a couple of water holes that were dried up, but still beautiful. This is now my favorite course. I will definitely be back.

I don't know what is happening to Superstition Springs Golf Course but its a mess. I've been playing here for over a decade and I have never seen it in such bad shape. They let the ponds all dry out. Why. Without water its a cow pasture. Either its being completely mismanaged or they are getting ready to close it down. I recommend playing elsewhere.. Very disappointing.

Not worth what you pay. Is a decent layout but could be better maintained. No sand to speak of in traps, garbage in what ponds are still there and it would actually be nice to see more grass on the course.

I usually pay 40 to play here and this is a nice course, but when it starts getting close to snowbird time the price jumps considerably and course gets beat up, that's when I go somewhere else.

This is one of my favorite local golf courses. The holes are challenging, but they are extremely varied so it makes for a fun round of golf. There seems to be water on almost every single hole (I have donated many golf balls to them). One thing you can always count on when playing here is that the greens are in great shape - and that is one thing that keeps me coming back. The prices are very fair especially during the summer (less than 30).

Miserable experience. Terrible fairway conditions, dry in the rough and sopping wet fairways. Greens were almost producing puddles. Bunkers couldn't have been more compact with plants growing in them as well. Of the 20 or so courses I've played in the Phoenix area thus far, this is the worst. I'd pay the extra 10 or 15 for any other halfway respectable course any day.

We love this course! Especially the staff. Jeremy and his folks in the pro shop are friendly and very accomodating. We had a party at clubhouse and the food of prime rib and sides were exceptional. Service for 70 people was a snap. My only hesitation with this "great" review is, it may be harder to get a tee time, if I tell too many people...ha! The only complaint is a lot of goose and their droppings in the fall months. Not sure you can do much about that, though.

We came to here when our original wedding plans fell through. With not a lot of time to spare Toni and her team made our wedding better than we could have ever imagined. Customer service is by far the best from the sales shop to the bar everyone was great. Thank you superstition springs golf club!

I've personally been attacked and verbally assulted by drunk Canadians who don't know how to play. No rangers on the course, it's a free for all. Don't waste your money, unless you're one of those idiot snowbirds with nothing but time.
Pro shop could care less that to you paid full price and only made it to the 15th.
After 1pm this place is a mess, no rangers but they still stack you up every 8 minutes.
