My installer made a mistake when he installed the King Coil 4" Lift on my F250 from Superlift. I decided to call Superlift direct and explained my issue. They told me what the issue was and immediately dispatched a new drop down link and pitman arm for no cost. Bumb steer now gone and one happy customer. Ride on my 2018 F250 is excellent looks great and thank you Superlift. Outstanding Customer service and a great product.
Good deal sed it wus on back order but it's on the way to Montana dude even threw in some shock boots .thay say superlift is the grand daddy of the lift and the guys were the first ones to do it .thanks man .ruff county lift wus out of stock I'm glad thay are kinda the low end lifts I think but any ways thank you guys
Terrible company to work with, ordered 4 parts and I received 2. They won't return my calls or emails and it's been weeks. BDS Suspension will get my business from now on, superlift is garbage! Don't waste your time or money. Buy a real lift!!
company does not up hold warranty on their stuff unless you are the original purchaser. i have a lift that has the cut outs all the labels and logos , but they will not warranty my broken leaf spring. i even offered to pictures of the lift on truck . your product is your product you make it and label it with lazer cut outs then its yours honor the warranty. i wouldnt deal with them. i will go to rough country or fab tech .

I bought a 6 inch lift for my 83 Sierra I was missing a few bolts and washers the shocks I received were the wrong color and 2 rear leaf springs were replaced with blocks completely dissatisfied haven't got a response back from them and it's been 3 weeks

I ordered a 6.5 inch lift with the billstein shocks for my 16 Silverado. I am more than happy with this product. I installed it all myself and this is the first kit I have ever done and everything went on just as the directions stated. I definitely would recommend this product!
Piss poor customer service. Either their customer service techs don't know what they are doing, or they simply do not care to help. Will be spending my money elsewhere. So Sad.
Excellent customer service. Ordered radius arm kit from a bad amazon seller. Arms came and look perfect, but hardware was lost. Amazon seller gave me the run around for weeks. Less than 5 minute call to superlift and I'm all squared away. Thank You Superlift!

Ordered a lift kit paid then they called right back and said it's on back order you didn't say that when you charged my card 1WEEK LATER NO REFUND YET NOT HAPPY
I got a 3 inch super lift for a 2020 silverado from dmax and the lift kit doesn't level the truck the rear end is still higher and the ride is awful I will be taking this lift off asap do yourself a favor and don't buy

After i started getting everything put together on the truck i realized i needed different size shocks for the rear of the truck. Called up Superlift and they changed them out no problems. Even expedited shipping to me to make it for the weekend show!
