BIC Services pty ltd has been a good cleaning service provider in main stream commercial cleaning sector in Australia. I was too much fascinated with the professionalism of BIC employee and their working ethic in some of the Sydney CBD Sites.

A brilliant cleaning company, always maintained their high standard of dedicated services and value the relationship with the client.

I am very impressed with the onboarding process of BIC, they could have save the cost of induction/application process by just going online ,instead they organise pre start training in their head office and support all new staff helping filling up necessary forms.

BIC in this part literally knows the difference between reducing cost Vs investing on their staff.

Soniya ( trainer) is very well experienced and helpful person who ensure everyone paper work is filled up properly and give very essential pre start training to all new employee.
