Fast service nice employees no long waits very friendly and they took care of my needs in finding a job

As a single parent, I tried my best to get a decent job to take care of my 7yr old daughter and I. I applied through this superior staffing agency and waited patiently to get hired at electro enterprises. And yes, I did get hired! Today was my first day. Unfortunately during my 1hr break, I got a call that my daughter was sick. I called superior and told them, I had to see about my daughter and with all this coronavirus going on, I took my daughter to the doctor to get her checked out. I told superior staffing as soon as, I find out what was going on with my daughter, I would give them a doctor's note as soon as possible. A lady from superior staffing called me tonight and told me that electro enterprises released me to don't come back. Things happen, I sure did like the job and was trying to learn how to do the job. The problem, I have is you just can't let people go especially when we are living in a pandemic, I'm a good honest person. I have nothing to lie about. What if any of these people were in my situation? Superior staffing could have at least said please let us know how your daughter is doing and bring your doctor's note to us and we will find you another job. This is a crazy world we are living in people don't care or have a heart...

These people are rude and nothing but liers.... I had surgery and couldn't work for a bit and when i reported i no longer work for them to my case worker they told them i wouldn't go to work when they had work for me. And i refused work... How in the hell imma work with staples all in My stomach. So that was just wrong on there part to do. They should find out what going on with the workers before saying things about them that are not true. The people in the front knew i couldn't work so that lack of communication on there part in the office. And when i called and asked why they would say that . they were straight rude and hung up. So i never went back ... Now you can say i refuse your work... And to respond to your comment ..........................

Yes you have to report they I'm not working but you do not have to say I'm refusing to work . and make me look bad . the paper y'all wrote even sounded rude to my case working and was really surprised it was even addressed like it was. When I'm having medical issues you don't go putting people down making them look bad. A simple she no longer working here was just fine. Not doing we have a lot of work and she is refusing to work for us. How is that right on your part

They have not found me a job; i put in an application for a receptionist job that was just posted and was told it was available. Called back next day and was told it was filled. I only get put on a list and no call backs

I went in and filled out an application. I noticed some strange things in the application. They told me they will be doing an interview and i was hoping to go over my concerns about the application then. But they they came back and told me they will not be conducting an interview yesterday that they would enter the information then call me. I also notice they used the term "we got you covered" on the website. This disturbs me because i have had a great number of people stalking and harassing me using these term. I put on my application that i do not agree to anything that any and all superior staffing clients agree to prior to my application. Again i will take this time to notify superior staffing that i am not affiliated with any city state or federal agency nor am I participating willingly in any type of theraphy program interview evaluation or interrogation that would intrude on my employment with superior staffing. Im hoping that superior staffing will work with me to eliminate said intrusion. I have actually been working at superior staffing for over ten years and dont recall any of these types of intrusion prior.

They always mess up my paycheck and they never pay their people on time. What a joke of a staffing company.

I have worked in manufacturing for years and have acquired plenty of experience in it, I just so happen to move to a new state so I decided to try Superior Staffing.

They appear to be completely unorganized; lacking in communication. I could hardly ever get a call back at times and a few times I was offered a job from them, it would be canceled an hour or so after agreeing to it OR I would drive all the way up to the job just for them to tell me they don t need me or they only needed one temp but the company sent multiple. The jobs aren t even all that decent. (The quality of the jobs isn t completely their fault though as Oklahoma is just lacking in jobs.) Long story short there are better staffing companies out there. This is a last resort type of thing as you will most likely end up wasting your time. Just my personal experience with Superior Staffing.

I do not intend for you to pay paid time off, because that is paid by a resource called unemployment which is done through the corresponding government offices, whether it is because there is no work or because you are injured, or whatever. While it is true that at the end of certain accumulated hours working for a certain company, they have the option of hiring you, [eye =they don't have to, =maybe]. What happens when, it is only temporary (, that most of them are), because those days (s), or week (s) are low in personnel and in the end the employees who work directly for that company return, what happens with those employees , which are temporary as the word says? Of course they return with you and look for another job, the same thing can happen, that after all they are "temporary", who should pay for their rights as workers? who is really your employer? Questions to think and react, right. Anyway, I just hope someone really knows what labor justice is.

Of course, as an agency, you retain a percentage of what companies pay for our work, you act as a broker and you know that it is true and it is also fair because that is what you earn for that reason you get us jobs, not because we They want to help, that is their business, and it is acceptable so the agencies work and it is fine. but what I am referring to is that we, as your workers, deserve payment for sick days, it is a common right, you as an employer have the obligation to offer payment for our sick days. Now there are mandatory holidays established by the government which are not remunerated by you towards your employees, the accumulation of hours worked with you gives us rights, which you overlook, and it is true, I myself have experienced as well as several people who have time working for you.(3rd review)

Let's face it, you're just trying to excuse yourself in front of others for a reality that you have in your agency, or maybe they pay for holidays, or sick days, or it will be that vacations, not true, and just with the fact that every hour worked by us, their employees take us a percentage of 2 to 4 dollars per hour, that would be enough for us to have access even to a right that we deserve because we pay for it, but your agency oo takes us away, to that He refers to the help he provides, and I did not put my real name for fear of reprisals, but everything said here at least what I say, is more than proven, # fair labor rights for all.( 2nd review)

I really don't recommend it, Rude and unprofessional services,.
You ask them something they dont know, or they put you on hold, hang out..
With them you don't have any rights, always working for the minimum .

DO NOT HIRE THEM OR WORK FOR THEM!!!!They dont do anything. Their building smells like old gym socks. ALL WOMEN. They make fun of everyone and degrade you as soon as you walk out of the office.
The jobs they get suck so bad they hire alot of illegal immigrants to make sure they can earn a paycheck for themselves. Tried to get my tax info changed and they refused. I called 5 of the places I worked last year and this was the only company unwilling to offer any assistance. Don't go to work here. They lie to clients to get them to waste time looking for quality candidates but they dont check credentials or licenses or certs.
Most come here out of desperation.
Be prepared to hire an attorney.
They probably sell your info to crooks to make money as well. Get ahold of me if you want details or directions to quality staffing agencies

This by far is the MOST professional staffing agency I have worked with quite a few in the OKC Metro area. Everyone there seems polite and friendly. I mainly worked with Sylvia who was so nice and courteous of my situation. She understood my need to find work immediately, and didn't patronize me or act like she was better than me for being there like some of the agencies I have worked with in the past. Since going in and working with Superior I have now found a permanent job. I would recommend this staffing agency to anyone looking for work, ask for Sylvia!

Terrible service. They called me on Friday and told me to be at the staffing agency at 7:30am Monday so I'm assuming they have a job for me to go to. I end up waiting almost 3 hours and don't get placed at a job. Waist of time.

I was offered a position at a medical Marijuana warehouse to perform general labor and trimming.
I was told I could start the very next day, however when I arrived at the job site I was told by the company that the contract had been canceled.

I called Superior Staffing to express my confusion and disappointment, I was told that they called everyone to inform us the position had been canceled.

I didn t receive any warning or phone call from Superior staffing, despite what was claimed.

Went in and had a good experience to start, then only had 1 misunderstanding when it came to my first assignment. Didnt end up showing up cause I had misunderstood but still contacted them. Now they tell me that they cant do anything for me after a simple misunderstanding.. very unprofessional and I wont be referring anyone. Dont recommend either pay is very low. Also was told you get 3 chances during interview process just like any other job. They lied about that to me apparently cause its 1 and done with them. No chances at all even if just a misunderstanding. Definitely recommend ANY other staffing agency.

Walked in applied and right away they offered me several jobs. Didn't stop looking out for me on the job I wanted and best fitted my schedule Wendy will make sure you get a job that best fits your needs thank you I will be going to work tomorrow

We have been there 3 times. 1st, fill out another application (after filling out 1 online) and wait for no job for over an hour. 2nd, called in for a $10 hr job. Told to be there at 730am. At 845am was sent to a $9 hr job to interview. Asked the staffing agency for job description and the didn't know. Get to the interview and details were sent to the staffing agency. Had they paid attention the staffing agency would have know not to send him there. 3rd, called yesterday and said come at 6am to start work. Showed up at 6am. The office persons weren't even there. She shows up at 615am. Then we sit until 7am. Ask her wait we are waiting on, she says she has to confirm again with the supervisor. She says he said to reconfirm around 7 to 730am. Then the other people she called in at 6am waiting have to go else where to find a restroom because even though they sit there for hours they can't use the one in the building. Every time a question is askes to her she either doesn't know or says hold on. Details and answers are never provided. If a person asks for job description, details and requirements the staffing agency should provide that before sensing someone out. The professionalism and work ethic are beyond poor. They don't care about the potential employees.

They are very unprofessional and they will lie on you. I been with this company for many years. And since it has a new owner they are bias!! And because I did not take a job offer they removed me from their list. So if you don't take a job they will boot you!!! They called me about a job and I told them I couldn't do it because I was already working and so now they wanna act like I was a no show to a job I never said I would take! So just be careful when they call you for a job... make sure you record your conversation !!!!

Very disappointing to say the least. I came to this agency in a time of need and lined up my 1st job building pallets. Came in with clear goals to be a temp while searching for other full time employement. Time came to leave, called 3 days before and the day before. They are so disorganized, I became a "no call, no show". Then on the next round they cant even find me in their system even with my SSN. How is that even possible? They take advantage of the economically vulnerable and when they screw things up, they refuse involvement.

Best part is they come back with comments here saying "According to our systems...etc etc". Blantant lies.

Document everything while you work with this agency. They WILL try and screw you in the end.

Myrka has great customer service she made me feel at home , as well as the staffing crew giving me great options on where I wanted to work and being comfortable with the employment I wanted ,will definitely recommend others to come apply here ,
