Best approached from Mettukada jn near Thycaud. Parking a bit problematic . In the campus there is space but vechicle entry is restricted. Bus service is not good to WC hospital Thycaud. Take taxi Autorikshaws from Tampanoor or Meetukada.Time 9am to 5pm

KMSCL is located at Thycadu, behind Government Hospital. Easy to reach by Taxi or self drive. Railway Station and KSRTC stand is very near.
KMSCL is the central procurement agency for the department of health and family welfare, Govt of kerala. This office is avery transparent organisation i have ever come across. You can meet the officials here only after 4 pm till 5pm every working day. Parking is outside office compound. Ample parking available outside.
