Paragon Travel is located in our neighbourhood in East York, Ontario and has a very long history of quality travel service.
We have stopped by the storefront on several occassions but never stepped foot into the shop as we always booked trips via online services - until recently.
As luck would have it, we had received an invite to Guadeloupe in the French Caribbean on short notice. Budget and scheduling were among our primary concerns.
We introduced ourselves to the team members - all of them welcoming and pleasant. We gravitated to Mr. Paul Neilson who was attentive and quick to offer us options, once we presented our shortlist of needs and wants.
With our trip booked we were on our way to Valhalla in short order. When things got a little screwy (due to the presenting global pandemic) Mr. Neilson was right there with us to guide us home. When there were flight changes to be made, Paul reassured us in his ever calm and professional manner.
We can't say enough about our first experience with Paragon Travel and Mr. Neilson, other than we have made a new friend and will continue booking with him through Paragon Travel.

My 1st time using Paragon and so far so good. They worked quickly to provide information on our travels and worked way past their working hours to ensure we had everything booked. Will go back again!

Don't ever deal with Paul Nielsen at this agency. His demeanor is quite nice and is a lovey person but professionally he messed up so many things for our trip. We travelled as a group and he screwed up at least one thing for every family going. Overcharging hundreds of dollars on credit cards, not acknowledging payments made, not providing receipts for payments, messing up spelling of names on tickets for multiple people, not putting through urgent requests for people with health issues on plane, messing up beds in room. Not responding to emails from customers. This is all from one group travel. It has been so stressful dealing with all this, this is a first time trip with my family. The point of having an agent is for trip planning to be made easy with competence. Avoid booking with him if you do use Paragon Travel as I heard some of the other staff there are great!

I am happy to recommend Paragon Travel. I have used Paul Nielson at Paragon for both family and business travel and he always comes through.

Nick, the owner, he's very knowledgeable and very helpful, and a nice guy you can trust with your travel plans. Even with all the new ways you can plan a trip, I trust Paragon to do one better.
