Purchased a vehicle from Richard. When it arrived it had a chipped windshield. Notified him immediately. He avoid my calls and texts. He then wanted me to submit it to my insurance. LIED and indicated that Safelite was scheduled, put me off for a week that then prevented me from returning the car. Poor service and fails to stand behind his products. Richard just continues to be full of surprises. He failed to tell me he sold me a car from Canada which even though it only had 16000 miles on it has no warranty....STAY AWAY from this dealership. Andre service manager is worthless as well. Typical used car dealership; bandits
