Horrible place to do business with. I am a 80 year old senior citizen who made a big mistake trusting them. After my mechanic told me I could trust Superior Auto Sales I purchased a 2010 Chevy Colorado from them, boy was that a huge mistake. After paying close to twenty two thousand dollars and driving away with the vehicle, the very next morning my car would not start. I called Superior but they were closed so I called my mechanic and had it towed in and asked him to check everything else on it while it was there. My mechanic said the battery was dead and needed replacement, also that it needed a tie rod, rack bushing, tire light was on, and transmission was leaking fluid. My grandson immediately took my car back to them, thinking they would be apologetic, and repair what was needed. At the end of the day we called them and they said the service department was closed, they only replaced the battery and that s all that was wrong with it. When we went to pick it up they said my car was not there and it was at another shop. I did not understand why they took my car to another shop; the salesman said they had their own service department. We immediately drove down the road to the shop they took it to and luckily they were still open. The shop said that they checked it out and it did in fact need the front end parts, the tire light was in fact on, he tried re setting the tire sensors but they wouldn t reprogram so it might need 1 or all sensors but he would have to get paid for diag. and the transmission had a leak. When asked for documentation he was reluctant because he said that Superior buys tires off of him and sends him business so he didn t want to get caught up in the middle of it. So I made an appointment with another shop to have it looked at and they told me the same stuff, transmission is leaking, tire light is on and wont reset, they told me the tie rod was very unsafe and that they would of never passed it for new York state inspection. I then had a transmission shop look at it and they said the transmission has to come out and it would most likely be an expensive repair. I had my mechanic replace the front end parts and align it so at least it will be safe. I am also filling a complaint with the better business bureau and New York state Attorney General to see if they can help me. My mechanic feels really bad that he recommended I buy a car from them. I also noticed my 4 wheel drive is not working when i went to use it for my very first time. I hope my bad experience will at least help others before they buy a car from someone.
