They did a nice job. Delays with manufacturer left my car damaged for a month, but as soon as they had the parts they were swift to complete repairs.

The people here are amazing! When Edward assessed the damage on my car he was very thorough and was patient with all the questions I had. The time it took to complete the repairs seemed like a blink of an eye, they keep you updated with how it's going as well. They have Enterpise on site making very convenient to get into another vehicle. These guys go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy before you leave with your repaired vehicle. I will definitely be coming back for any future repairs I may need!

Awesome work! My car was badly vandalized 2 years ago and required a lot of body work. Just when we were going to take it in, my wife's SUV got hit and run in our parking, so our insurance took care of that first. Finally, my car looks brand new again!

They advertise free estimates but they are not free 25.00 for the estimate and only given back if you have the work done there.

Go Somewhere else... Walked in to get an estimate...Girl rude, no eye contact and snobbish.. when she found out I was't going through insurance, she said I needed to make an appointment and pay $25 to get estimate and if I used them, I would get my $25 back... who does this? I said I have been your customer 4x before and I left...she said nothing... 3 employees sitting there, No customers there and shop was silent and I need to come back? and you don't stop me from walking out? and then I see manager possible owner looking out the window watching me leave? .. Seriously get your $h1T together.....

I purchased a Ford Taurus 03 here back in march of 2016. At first there was a lot of problems with the vehicle but it's an older used car and I couldn't expect perfection. This car has ran me better then any vehicle I've owned before. Only replacements needed so far was just wear and tear items. I will most likely purchase my next vehicle from you guys when the time comes. But until then, thank you for the great car.

Having several vehicles in my household, we always seem to need some sort of automotive repair. Hitting a deer, scratches and dents, broken spoilers and more. We always take our vehicles to Superior Auto and Collision. They are fabulous and our vehicles always come back in perfect condition thanks to Mike and Sherry and their fabulous team of experts !!

terrible customer service. manager is one of the rudest people ive ever spoken to. She was extremely nasty and clearly did not care how it sounded. FIND ANOTHER COLLISION CENTER DO NOT DEAL WITH HER.

Damage to front bumper, impact bar and more in front due to accident. They were professional, friendly and did the work in a timely manner. They kept me informed as to their progress. My insurance company uses this company. They are reliable.

We have know Mike Sr and Jr for years. We had damage to our 2017 Ford King Ranch on our way to NY from Florida not covered by insurance. Wouldn't consider taking to anyone else. Mike does the best work in the area. Would recommend anyone to this business.

Place did a horrible car accident repair job. Had to go back multiple times

I've dealt with a couple of Shops in the area and I can tell you this has been by far the BEST experience. The office staff was pleasant and very detailed, they provided me with daily text advising the progress of my vehicle. They finished 2 days earlier than the insurance company stated. Enterprise Rental is on site, so needless to say it was VERY convenient. The transaction from beginning to end was seamless.

Worst customer service!! Over the years my family and I have used them 4 times and I just called them the other day to get an estimate. My wife had a slight scrape ($600-$700) on her bumper and I needed it to get it fixed!

I called to set a time and they said you can t come in now we are closing in an hour! So I said I will be in tomorrow at some point, so she said I need an appointment in a snooty tone. So I said go ahead and she said she had nothing for this week since they had a few large insurance jobs. I don t care figure it out or hire additional staff.

So I said when can I, so she said I would have to also do a $25 estimate deposit which I would get back if they did the job. So now I have to pay them just for an estimate? What happens if they are not competitive, I miss out on that money? Trust me your work is ok, it s not that great!

So I googled other shops and I found Wallkill Body Shop which also has good reviews! In fact I went online and was able to get a preliminary estimate within an hour after I uploaded a few photos. Talk about night and day in customer service and response!

i have had such bad experiences with shops down in the city. sure enough, i moved upstate and had my first claim. the people here are incredible, and the car looks like nothing ever happened! thank you

In the past five months I've had two incidents that caused enough damage to my vehicle to need body work. I have a 2011 BMW 335i and BMW dealers do not do body work so I had to look for a shop via my Insurance plans trusted auto body shops.

The first time I needed repair to my roof/sunroof due to a child throwing a river rock in the air and it landing on my car. I selected IFM systems in Bedford Hills, NY. Frankly, the customer service there was horrendous. I was told that I would recieve a call when my car was complete, never happened. I called multiple times and left messages with the receptionist for the manager. When I finally talked to the manager he tried to dismiss me as if he had returned my calls which was laughable. The repair work was good, however, they did a terrible job cleaning up all the handprints on my interior that they had to remove.

The second time I used Superior Auto & Collision Center. From the time I called to make the appointment until the time that I picked up my car from them it was classy customer service!

They conducted an inspection with me, immediately following I recieved a phone call with an estimate and possible appointment dates. I selected an appointment date and they also have a representative from Enterprise Rental Cars on site to provide a car ON SITE. No hassle.

Upon drop off of my car for repairs I was given a time frame for completion and 2 days later on the day I was told the work would be complete I recieved a call stating that my car was finished.

I arrived to pick up my vehicle and they had detailed the outside AND inside of the vehicle and it looked brand new. I was extremely pleased with the body work and how much care that they took in handling my vehicle and me as the customer.

Last year, I used Superior to fix my truck. There were several things the adjuster gave me money for including a $250 headlight which I didnt replace as it only had a small chip on the top which didnt affect the head light integrity. Superior was willing to subtract this from the insurance claim and that was great. The problem is they failed to line up the bumper seam and fix the headlight mounts which had nothing to do with the cost of the new headlight the adjuster gave me. I let it go and decided to go again since the owner is good friends with my best friend. This time around me and my girlfriend were greeted with extremely rude service. They also tried saying some of the damage to the car wasnt caused from the deer. I had the car completely inspected only a few weeks before and the damage in question was not there on inspection by a certified dealer. When questioning the owner, he was argumentative and rude. I understand if he wasnt capable of fixing the damage as it was mechanical but to argue and insinuate we were lying? Really?? Never again will I use this shop as Ive been burned twice by them. Horrible customer relations. Im surprised anyone would do repeat bussiness.

There's no doubt a visit to a collision center ranks up there with dental surgery, - we'd rather not have to go. However, if you have a misfortune and your vehicle needs TLC, then from the frame up, there is no one in the area who delivers the type of quality work as Mike, Sherry, the techs and Jamie in detailing than Superior. Their expertise is amazing matched by efficiency and competence in handing your claim - working with your insurance company, rental car availability, and the paperwork necessary to get back on the road. First rate work raised to an art form -- and a skilled, compassionate office staff that know the nuances of claims management. I wish I didn't know them so well - but when the service is needed I wouldn't even consider another shop. They're aptly named - Superior.

Walked in and got attitude from the reception lady because they were "slammed" (I was the only person there). Asked if I could get an estimate to have a bumper repainted and was given a hard time because I said I would pay out of pocket instead of using insurance. I was told I needed to schedule an appointment and come back another day. Advertise a "free" estimate, but require a deposit that you only get back if they do the work. Wasted a half hour drive out of my way to go here.

Needed my car to get repaired from a car accident. They fixed everything within a week I had my car. They had me informed with all the updates. Will be referring them for any auto body work.

Don't waste your time, must not need the business, couldn't even look at the car.

The work they did on my car was amazing. All the damage from being rear ended was repaired like new. They even detailed it for me. The staff are all friendly and insightful, too.
