Walked in and got attitude from the reception lady...

Walked in and got attitude from the reception lady because they were "slammed" (I was the only person there). Asked if I could get an estimate to have a bumper repainted and was given a hard time because I said I would pay out of pocket instead of using insurance. I was told I needed to schedule an appointment and come back another day. Advertise a "free" estimate, but require a deposit that you only get back if they do the work. Wasted a half hour drive out of my way to go here.
