Love these guys! They've been hosting our domain for over 3 years now and working with them has been incredibly smooth! They've been very helpful and quick to resolve literally every issue that I've needed to contact them about. Very few companies are as helpful and engaged as them. In the beginning, we were seriously debating whether to go with one of the bigger foreign hosting providers out there. I'm really glad we didn't. I can't imagine anyone being more helpful than SuperHosting, and they have all the features you need anyway.

Technical Support is horrible. Renewing service is a pain. Avoid whenever possible is my attitude from last interaction with them. Today I had to have a new interaction for remaining services(domain expiration & renewal) - Long story, short - Moving the domain to another provider.

For me the most important is customer service. These guys do not stop until they fix the issue! Exactly the type of service you need in this industry which other countries and other hosting platforms like GoDaddy lack. Could not be more impressed!

Had a problem with one of my websites, sent a ticket at 22.40, called at 23.30 to give extra info. The guys was already working on my case, and was about to call me for extra info. TELL ME WHO ELSE does that ? TBH i wouldn't care to fix a site at midnight. 5 STARS FROM ME. they even contacted me at Facebook since to let me know all things are ok.. SUPER PROFESSIONAL !!!!
