I have worked at Tenney TPS for 26 years. Like any company things change and there are ups and downs, TPS has always been committed to providing a great work environment and quality products with an emphasis on pleasing customers.
I am employed by Wisconsin Oven, one of the TPS group of Companies. I started in 1988, and love it. The place is full of positive people, striving to meet our customers' challenges.
Very poor leadership and management. Company is being sold and going down hill.
Mark Hanna is completely incompetent and has no business acumen. You sent me a faulty unit, refused to give technical support. Now that you found it was broken since you shipped the unit you are trying to make me do repairs that will void the warranty. Without a doubt the worst company I have dealt with in 32 years. I will follow up with the BBB. Shame on you!
Opportunities presented here at TPS have helped me to get closer to my full potential and expand my knowledge/experience in the business. My prior two positions have given me the tools that will allow me to be a champion for the Blue-M and Gruenberg product lines. Management here is excited to see improvements and new ideas flow through the company while maintaining our growth as a business. I look forward to working the company for many years in the future as a next-generation leader in the industry. TPS is a great place to work in a wonderful area to live.
Said they had a manual for an oven I purchased elsewhere. Big delay in getting PDF manual and then it is not the right one. When I complained, they said that manual is obsolete. It took a while but they refunded my money. Thank you.
I began employment at TPS about a month ago, and I only have good things to say. My transition into the company has been extremely smooth thanks to the efforts and support I have seen TPS gives to me and the rest of its employees.
Guided by knowledgeable mentors and friendly peers, I know the sky is the limit for where I want my career to grow here at TPS. The HR team is welcoming. The IT department is attentive. Everyone has an open door.
The employees I have met are diligent, hard-working people who truly want the company to be successful. No company is perfect, but the folks at TPS are always making strides to improve the experience for customers and employees alike.

The TPS product has went soo far down hill over the past few years. I have had more problems in the past 3 years with Tenney then I ever have in 20 years with any other chambers. All 5 units that I have received have had issues and we can not get them fixed. Controller software glitches, random alarms, all TPS proprietary junk part issues... We need chambers that will last and run longer then a week or a few days after their technicians scratch their head and say ''This controller may need an software update''
