Very disappointed with the staff, there is no willingness to help me, maybe because I am a local, while Caucasians are very friendly they serve, they help. I waited for my queue number to be called but it turned out that it was discarded with the reason it had been called and I didn't hear it even though I was standing working on the document I wanted to type in the self service section which was located next to the customer service table while waiting for my number to be called.

I ve been a long time customer and would expect the personnel who I m usually in contact with to trust me with payment. He was rude in the way he asked for payment and didn t trust me when I have never given him a reason to not trust me before. Please improve your customer service. Now I m unwilling to refer you to anyone until you give your employees proper customer service education.

The printing is fairly quick, which is good, but that is about all which is good.
They changed colors in my design (which obviously i didn't ask them to) and even more obvious, the logo has a change of color in the print (which is definitely not supposed to be)
I payed them upon receiving their invoice in full, and when we got there to pick up the result, they asked for money again. They had to SEARCH for my email with the payment proof which I sent of course. My order email which I sent on a Sunday evening was not read until I called them up on Monday afternoon.
In my opinion this is not a professional behavior, and obviously the printing result was not double checked before it wen out.

I have to go back there so they can fix their mistakes. I hope they wont charge me again because then I will surely get quite mad and loud in there.

Not acceptable for a shop where you even have to take a cuing number!!

I've found the staff friendly, prompt and professional with good English language (helpful). For me this is a sign that management have setup a good business and continue to work at it. I've been travelling to use them for at least 5 years, maybe more. Thumbs up from me

The end result is unpredictable every time. Getting different tones using colours from printer palette. Sometimes everything is too blue, sometimes too yellow etc. Do not recommend if result is important for you.

In the future, the appeal for the editor / designer is more detailed to the customer:
Ask what size x what,
1 sheet so how many,
So don't just click, OK, print!
I printed the sticker for the bottle, I paid a lot of money, right when it became as big as a friend, instead of making a bottle sticker again, it turned out to be a car glass sticker! Please be more careful ..

Excellent result for scanning and printing, except the cashier attitude! She must learn to respect every customer who're gonna pay to her. Because every time I got there the cashier always got lazy attitude in their face like 'meh'

The pick-up time is very untimely. In this case, Roll-up is picking up the goods today and the flyers can be picked up on the 10th, but go today. There is only finish one roll-up ,
but the flyers is done.
I want to say that it is here to go to the tax bureau for interrogation.
I don't like it.

Amazing service and quality items, all at reasonable prices.
Highly recommended if you are wanting to produce small or higher quantities of such a big variety of products!

I wouldn t work with anyone else anymore, thanks Supaprint Bali for always providing me with such an amazing service !

The staff was very straight forward, easy to talk to, pretty quick with what i needed to print and mannered.

Great service and good quality printing. Went there to print colored documents and it came out beautifully. Rather on the pricey side but worth it. The lady behind the counter is alao very friendly and helpful, suggesting many alternatives that might suit our needs.

Very bad attitude from the staff yosi (a guy with eye glasses) , wait for 2 hours and he did nothing, except said it was so complicated to print my document, and complaining, won t go back to this place again

1st time when they changed about 30% of order due to bad cutting, they asked me to find another supplier for next time)) they accepted that was their fault but (quote): we lost money on paper with your order, yes, that was our fault, but we have only 2% customers like you, others don t check and we don t need to change, they take bad production share on their account ...
Please, dear other customers , be conscious and socially responsible )) it will help all of us to get better quality in Bali one day...
If you wish, better make real donations but don t support bad quality job!

5 months later I just wanted to print on 100*100sm sheet many pics, there was 1sheet in invoice, 1 sheet in order, manager didn t precise anything... and decided to cut because I didn t ask NOT to cut)))) but I didn t ask to cut either... I needed 1 sheet - exactly as I ordered.
Service manager didn t solve the issue and insisted that customers should forecast possible mistakes and be proactive framing the needs...
Must admit my forecasting skills are still below their talents)) So, I will definitely search for another solution.
