Went on the reef cruise. Turned out to be an excellent day. ~1h boot ride (with bar) to a pontoon to swim, snorkeling, scuba diving, banana boat ride, glass bottom boat and a island tour (somewhat boring though). The included buffet was OK, but not more.
Good prices in the bar and friendly stuff all around.

If you want to have a dinner in the sunset it s the best option. But the price is a bit higher and they don t take you a long. They remain in a certain place. But you can enjoy the sunset view. But the dinner item is no cover the all nations food. That s why they need to update their food menu.

Our pick up was at 8am but the driver couldn't located the hotel and asked us to come to the Harbor, on our way to Harbor Bali Hai Cruise folks call and say that the cruise is leaving and they will accommodate us in the next trip which was day after. With no fault of ours we had couldn't go for the trip and we already had planned things for day after. Pathetic customer service I have ever seen in Bali.

It was an okay experience. Nothing great. Simple boat cruise. Food buffet was average. Indian food options in it tasted average. Nothing extraordinary. Can easily give it a miss. Was filled with Indian families. Looked like an Indian Boat Cruise. May be that's why they have lots of Indian food options.

Night was great, crew and staff very helpful and polite. Show was really good. A really good night out. Would highly recommend

We just finished our romantic catamaran evening cruise.... Only one couple. We cruised, dined and we were treated like king and queen...Perfect in every way. Amazing crew.

A day trip is fun ~ The driver is on time, the meals are delicious, and free water ...
Fun with parachute! !! It's worth adding money, but it's worth it.

Take my family out for a dinner on a big boat appears to be a great idea to spend the evening in Bali, that's what I thought. And it turned out to be a memorable night for four of us. The ship is spotlessly clean, the food tastes good, the entertainment is somewhat amusing, but what impressed me the most is the staff. They were very helpful, and even went the extra mile just to cater to what I need. One of them, Pande Mira is very communicative and very friendly. Two thumbs up for him.

Absolute rip off! You go up and down the docks/harbour over and over again, nothing to see but supply, ships and oil tankers.
Pick up, Staff and boat were excellent.
We were unfortunately on a trip with a very very large group of Indians. As we were the only white people on the boat we were racially abused on several occasions. Being pushed and told to move (Not asked! told).
We should have been told that we would be joining a very large family group.
The food was not Balinese food as we have eaten before it was predominantly curry and curry and curry. Tried desert but all gone!!! You have to pay for drinks. Never, never again, avoid.

Very professional operation, from pick-up, through check in to cruise and destination arrival. It was unfortunate that weather conditions didn't permit sailing, but you can't always pick the weather. The staff and crew were very professional. Would recommend.

We stayed for three days at the Hai Tide Beach Resort and loved it! Great team and a fantastic place to chill for a few days. Thanks.

Dinner on the boat. Western-style buffet food and salads. The package per person includes food and drinks tea, coffee, mineral water. For other drinks you have to pay extra. After dinner, there are songs and dances from various regions of Indonesia. Good show for the dance. Not bad for a dinner experience on a boat that sails around the ocean.

Wonderful experience. Guest welcome to exit everything was superb. The gesture of 'sri' so cute.

Very disappointing.
We bought a beach club package for a family vacation of 7 for 6 million rupiah. But ended up playing nothing just having lunch and sitting on the beach.
When we got there we were told to take Bali hi cruise to transfer to the pontoon. After arriving at the pontoon, we were immediately directed to move a smaller ship to be delivered to the Bali Hai cruise location in Nusa Lembongan. Until there we can do any activity on the grounds that it is in tide. Around 1 o'clock after lunch the tide had subsided and we wanted to enjoy snorkeling activities. Then we were told to take a small boat again to go to the snorkeling spot but it turned out that we were escorted back to the main ship on the grounds that the playing time was up and the ship was about to return to the starting point. The BALI HAI cruise service is VERY DISAPPOINTING because there is no information at all about weather conditions, game info and where to play and there is no Plan B if the weather is not supportive. Even though there are other options such as reef cruise that can be chosen if the beach club facilities are not supported. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY

The most professional tour company experienced in Bali so far. We booked a dolphin watching tour via Klook which is a highly efficient online agent. Their app is friendly to navigate with a phone. The whole experience from pick up to cruising was very smooth and comfortable. We were also quite lucky to see a big pod of spinner dolphins!

We booked the Reef Cruise through the St Regis Hotel on Monday the 3rd of February 2014 , we did request the Ariscat Cruise for Thursday 6th of February. I was party to only to the conversation at my end, and now must assume in light of our experience today only the Reef Cruise was available.

The pick up at the St Regis this morning was on time and the trip to Benoa port was done efficiently, once we arrived at reception chaos reigned, we were given no instructions except to queue behind a line. There appeared to be staff in abundance, but only one person attending taking money.Any other direction was minimal.

On board the vessel again no direction was given the vessel was very crowded but we managed to find a table on the bridge deck set for three, but six people shared. The staff who were under extreme pressure kept smiling and we were able to enjoy coffee and muffins.Despite the being busy all the crew were always polite and most pleasant.

Now we come to the nub of our unhappy day. We are two aged gentlemen and this sort of cruise should not have been sold to us, the target market is young people, and families with children. We were unable because of our agility to join in the many activities on board, except for the submersed vessel.

Lunch was not very appetising, undercooked and cold. The behaviour of the young people sitting down for a meal was not acceptable they were so loud that I asked them to be quiet, they were in a dining room not a disco or beer hall. Would you believe the effort of a grumpy old man worked and they were silent and respectful for the rest of the meal.

Somebody from the crew should have done this for me.

In conclusion, the Reef Cruise experience is not suitable for we, of a certain age, and more publicity in your brochures should emphasise this.

Don't know about other cruise companies around. But this isn't among the better cruises I've been to.
Indian food was not good. Mutter paneer had no paneer. Chicken was chewy and a bit stale. Rice had no salt at all and dal had extra salt.
Despite that I give 3 stars because music was good and it sailed a long time for an evening cruise.

This is my second dinner cruise in 12 years. It was August, but it was cloudy and chilly, so I should have had a jacket on the deck. I had a good time with meals, shows and dance time on board.

The scenery was beautiful, the cruise was exciting and tge staff were very friendly and helpful.

price too high, lunch very good, local people not so much considered, they more serving the foreigner rather than the locals

Booked a sunset cruise. Was more than what I expected and the entertainment was a bit random.

This was by far the best experience we had in Bali..... The performances.... the ambience..... the food..... the hospitality..... everything was just awesome..... thank you so much Bali Hai Cruises for making our honeymoon trip memorable.....

We have opted for reef cruise. If you enjoy snorkeling then stay on the platoon and try all the activities. Leabonan village tour is okok.

Don't bother wasting your money. It really isnt worth what you pay at all. Booked for Bali Hai Beach Club Cruise and upon arrival at the beach club you are required to hire a towel!! I found this very perplexing considering we paid 3M IDR/$300 AUD for a very disappointing experience. Apart from the poor and terrible service the staff at Hai Ride Resort were unfriendly and seemed unhappy to be there. It was not the usual Bali service that Bali is known for.

Unfortunately while swimming I cut myself on some coral and the only first aid provided was washing it out with pool water and applying alcohol there were no bandages or gauze available, poor first aid. I had an open wound on the entire trip back to Benoa Harbour.

Small cruise with a music band ... can njoy many water sports ... sea walk gives us a great experience... lunch s tasty..

Went on the sunset cruise booked for 4 , ship and staff was fantastic but food was only just a buffet entertainment was good but cocktails were terrible hot no ice and terrible tasting also other drinks very expensive for just a harbour cruise, also wasn t told about the huge Indian party onboard.......

Went on the 3 island ocean raft cruise and it was amazing! We were picked up from our hotel on time by a friendly driver and taken to the boat. There we were met by a lifeguard who helped us select our snorkeling gear and taught us how to use it. I had never gone snorkeling before so that was a big help. The crew on the boat were energetic, funny and created a great atmosphere on board. The ocean raft cruise is fun and is definitely for those who love speeding on the ocean and don't mind a few bumps on the way. Definitely one of the more adventurous cruises they have. You won't be bored! Totally worth the price

Love all activities at Bali Hai Cruise!
All staffs are so helpful and friendly, definitely come back here next time! And thanks for taking care of my daughter when we enjoyed 20 mins of Aquanauts!

For facilities and others, it is good and is continuously maintained and improved

worth every penny. you will find this place surrounded by all the Indians. even in their menu you find plenty of Indian food. They serve nice drinks too. nice ambiance.

A pleasant short trip using Bali Hai Cruise, to the island of Nusa Lembongan, during the trip to Nusa Lembongan, Bali Hai Cruise provides a simple breakfast of bread, coffee and / or tea to accompany us during the trip. Bali Hai Cruise also has a life music transaction on the second floor of the ship.we can still enjoy the music in the morning, but not for the afternoon because of the great tidal waves that make most of the passengers experience seasickness due to the swing of the boat which was very much felt due to the tidal waves in the afternoon. but overall we recommend using Bali Hai Cruise for those who are interested in doing water sport activities .

Small cruise with two floors only. Nothing to see something special. Just roam around the oil tankers and other ships. Food taste also not so good which is followed by a dance show which is also OK type.. Pickup service & staff servicing is good.

I am a tour driver, the staff at the Bali Hai office are not at all friendly to me! Impressed indifferent and arrogant to drivers who bring guests!

Absolute crouch! For almost 100 per person!
The crossing and the hotel transfer were still okay.
There in this "club" it was completely overcrowded with paying tourists. Snorkeling on the catamaran was announced instead, a cutter with 40 people drove to the snorkeling site where there were already 3 more boats. The demarcated snorkeling place was about 20 to 10m. There wasn't much to see. Instead of the advertised reef there was only sand and a rock and a handful of fish!
The food was cold and not even remotely like a resort meal.
The whole process was a mass processing! I can't understand how something like this is supported by a travel company!

The beach vendors are more serious!

Stuff were nice but that's it. We just circled around tankers and other ships. The buffet had few choices other than very spicy indian food. Sweets were barely acceptable and some tasted old. There are many better ways to spend your time and money with better memories.

We booked our catamaran trip six months ago. 36 hours before the tour we were canceled because a group would have booked the catamaran completely. Money back would not be an option either. We could drive differently when ...

Great set of people. Very friendly and helpful. The reef cruise takes you to a pontoon where activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, coral reef boat are available. A bit expensive but worth it.

One of the cheap cruise in Bali.

1. Extra over crowded.
2. Indian food is not that good.
3. Local pick and drop service is very bad.
3. Some of the staffs were having cheap behavior.
4. They treat people as goods, so be cautious before you plan to book.

They will spoil all your vacation and make very bad image for Bali.

Not bad to gather with family at dinner at Bali Hai Cruise Ship. Enjoy the sunset and be entertained by dancers and varied food and enjoy the sea view in the afternoon.

Crew members don't know how to behave with people. And vegeterian food was pathetic.

Friendly staff and that s it. Boring cruise, with really cheap buffet more and less rice and Indian food. I had some dry fish I could hardly swallow.

Not at all professional. We had pick up from our hotel, they were not on time. We just kept calling and they just kept fooling us that driver is near by your hotel. They never showed up, I am still having booking receipt. Wasted my time and money. I could have plan something else.
