Administrative shame: registration "via new software" which obviously did not work: 1 month to register a young person. Since, impossible to join a person on the phone to have a document or an information ... and by mail the services send back the ball.
No communication compared to my daughter who ended up in check. Being abroad I had asked to be informed and I had confirmation by email, but I never received anything. I told them of my disappointment and I had arrogant and misleading answers. They accused me of not reading my emails because they supposedly sent the newsletters. When I asked them to send me mails where my address appeared, they could not because they do not exist. My daughter is responsible for her failure but if we had been warned we could have avoided that. 7000 in the trash and a lost year!
Extremely disappointed with this establishment. I validated my registration for a work-study Bachelor in May for a start in September. Phone call on July 30 to tell me that the training will not be maintained, too few registered students (8 people). Forced to return very quickly to 1 month before the start of the school year, while everyone is on vacation, to find another school ready to accept me while all registrations are clauses. I was never warned that it was possible for the training to be canceled, I find that unacceptable! Especially for work-study training where we also have to manage on the employer side. During my last training we were a class of 7 people, other streams were even less and that was not a problem. All this for a question of profitability, that's for sure!

I struggled for over 2 months to get a refund. My emails are not being answered, the administration is lying to me by saying to send documents to the accounts and that is not done. They want to pass off this refund as a waiver at all costs.
Liars and crooks, I see nothing else than that!

It's simple, if you are creative, if you are imaginative, if you like the good atmosphere, come to sup of creation. I have been here a few times and I do not regret it. Go see the school website and finally understand what I mean by the. Placed near the docks of the. Loire for the moment it is one of the best schools in my opinion for creation.
