I'm not saying anything you haven't already read but it's worth repeating.Paul is super quick heard back from him within ten minutes and he was at our place in 40 during the evening a few days before Christmas and also just very honest. He didn't try to patronize us or talk us into either a really over the top or inadequate,cheap solution.He explained the problem fully and gave us multiple ways of solving the problem.Really great guy -just wish we'd used him to rewire our place a few years ago!

Rude Customer Service! I was doing a curtesy call to update accounting and was berated and talked to rudely. I am the messenger, there is no reason for her to be rude to me.
