Sunshine Loans Centres Review

I went to the tweed app. They have all my bank information. when it was suppose to complete the page disappeared. No email was sent to me to let me know what happened. I am concerned about the info they have my banking information

Treat their customers like 3rd class. So they really think it's a secret how much money they make from their loans? We know exactly how expensive you are. What we won't tolerate is the pathetic and condescending attitude you have towards clients.

very easy to deal with and I have a bad credit rating as well but at the same time have the income to repay it and have paid up till my loans early and not been charged for paying them out earlier

I was excepted a small loan even though my credit rating was not good! I found Sunshine Loans process to be quick and efficient, Very happy with the outcome!!!

I have to say that I was very impressed with the professional service. Extremely easy to apply and obtain approval. I would recommend without hesitation.

I have applied for loans other places and it was a long and stressful process but with sunshine loans it was quick and easy so no stress. It was my first time appling for a loan through them and I've gotta say the application process was unexpectedly quick. I applied for my loan last night and with in half an hour and it was processed so quick and easy. with in half an hour i got a message telling me that my application was approved and today I receive my money.

Do your sums people! On a annual percentage basis your effective interest rate is 48%, with a 20% establishment fee .....make that 65%. There has to be cheaper and safer money out there.

Best loan company I've gone through, so fast with processing my loan, I applied on a Sunday afternoon the loan was approved the next morning (Monday) and money in my account by that same afternoon.
Fast responses with a request I submitted too.

Sure they will give you a loan when no one else will but in return they Will leave you with worse credit than before hand and will cause issues with your bank as they debit the money from your bank purposely before your pay goes in to ensure they get they're money which causes your bank to charge you an overdrawal fee and on occasion my bank reversed the transaction which in turn causes sunahine loans to charge a dishoner fee and also wrecks your chances of overdrawals with your bank in the future if you ever needed to in an emergency. These guys are crooks and should not be in business.

I was told i'd receive my loan within 1 business day, it hasn't gone in & I can't even call them all you get is an automated message saying to go to the web site & that doesn't help much at all I've borrowed from Sunshine loans before & never had this problem. NOT HAPPY

They are nothing but scammers. I only needed 2000 till February. It's fine by me though as in February I'll have 1700.0000 . They could have been nice rather than judging on a person and providing more space to why there were certain overdrafts. I needed to tell them I did not authorise them but there was no additional comments. I do not recommend this company.

I filled out literally a dozen loan applications and was declined by all of them but 2 one was a very small amount that wouldn't help me. sunshine loans is the only place that gave me chance and for an amount that could actually help me!!! I'm ecstatic thankyou!!

So far today I have applied for a small loan around 1pm and all seemed postive and thought how easy it all was. Got told I would gave funds by 5.50pm. It is now 6.30pm and there is nothing in my account so hoping that in the morning it will be in my account. A little nervous after reading reviews on here.

Ive been using sunshine loan for a very long time its my 4th time getting a loan and they decline it ,specially when i need it the most for a bond i moved place and accept new better job and they decline it didn t even give me reasons so disappointed got a contact for new job only and every week for the last 5 years money is comming to my account and didnt give me reasons so i can figure out what i can do and mind you i just finish my final payment a day ago and was really hoping to re new my contract!! No loyalty to their costumers at all!!

These guys are great, we had not long arrived in australia and after my husband securing a job and then not being paid, they really pulled through for us just using our centrelink income. If they hadnt have been able to help, we wouldnt have had any idea what to do or where to go to help to put food on the table for our children. So thank you sunshine loans! We are currently in the process of another application. Heres hoping we get approved, but if not, we are still really happy with your guys service! Thanks again sunshine loans.

Was about to use nimble , another website for loans but after reading the reviews I thought I d go with something else. I m so glad I came across sunshine loans. I was in desperate need of some money and it was such an easy process. It took me 10 minutes and the money was transferred in only a few hours. Not to mention the website gives you all the information you need so it is very clear and so simple! Seems trustworthy as well and that was my main concern. Thank you so much!

Not very happy , I've waited 3 days for my loan , I've tried to call them repeatedly and no response .

Dodgey! Take money at different times when my pay goes in after lunch,started that way then they started taking before 1pm hence my pay not in so continuous late fee charges. My payments had finished and i get a txt saying i may be affected getting another loan due to a payments not paid (whuch They Take out on Tuesdays,today is Thursday and plenty money in bank so how do i owe?) If i pay $35 Right now through bpay theyl drop something.
Trying to get hold of Anyone to talk to fron the company is Impossible.

Very poor experience took weekly instead of fortnightly repayments and refused to credit fees and charges created by their error...660 loan now sitting above 1100 including the correct payment of 290 taken be very very careful better alternatives out there

They used to be good I don't know what has happened to them I would recommend using them. They sent me to collections without even ringing or talking to me even though I let them know my suitation. I'm upset

Have had several loans and have always repaid. Applied recently and was declined for a small loan. No change in my financial situation and have an excellent credit rating. Not impressed!!

Sunshine loans have been great! Gave me a chance and now I have been a regular customer anytime I need that bit of extra cash. Customer service has always been great when I have called through. Keep up the good work team!

You keep sending.me pre approved loan application then when the application is through you reply looking good then say sorry we cannot help you this time i have had two loans through you without ANY failure to repay then the last 4 applications i have been denied i never have had any problems repaying on time and do not.have many bills and full time employment. What is your problem with your reserchers. Bad PR

I tryed calling them for a whole day!! Not once did they answer i was approved for my loan 2 days after sending it what a joke and NO i didnt go threw with it worse people to try and deal with stay away i went with wallet wizard after so so so much better than sunshine loans

Thank you team, great support to get access of a loan without the hassels. I've used you twice for that extra fund where I'm able to managed my money better. Some say it doesn't work that way, but if it's managed properly it does.

Applied for a loan at 11am, money was in at 3pm, honestly so happy! thank you so much, we've been homeless due to the death of a family member and having to pay for the funeral, and we finally got approved for a house but were short on bond money, I can't thank you enough!

Extremely courteous staff, the person I dealt with explained fully the process,. There was no pressure from her. The application quick, and money promptly into my account. Highly recommended Sunshine.

The worst fees for account arrears! Been charged $30 per week for at least 5 weeks in a row!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will never recommend these people to anyone!

Very silly business you say your open from 8:30am to 4:30 pm but on the web site it says your open 24 hours! Someone needs ro fix somthing can not apply for another loan when just finished paying off one till January! never again.

Sunshine loans are leading the way in short term lending, I personally rate them as 5 star;
As a company they are professional, efficient with empathy and understanding. Circumstances may change in a persons life and I found Sunshine loans to be accommodating when proven that payments can't be met on the pledged date, they will defer the payment without hesitation providing your request falls within the guidelines. The only thing that can better this company is if they can lift the ceiling to the amount a individual can borrow, once qualified. I will keep on using this service when needed.

Fantastic Company. Approved for a loan in February, paid it out early. Excellent payment schedule and easy to understand contract. Where others didn't touch me, sunshine loans did and I am grateful for there trust in me. Highly recommended. No hidden fees, payments made on time. I even paid the loan out earlier without penalty. I have had a few loans with sunshine loans without issue. However i recently took out a new loan and the weekend unfortunately I had a serious family incident happen, I sent an email to head office asking if my payments could be reduced.

I got a response saying
Unfortunately we are unable to change the terms and conditions of the contract. You only recently signed for this loan confirming you are financially stable and there is nothing in the near future affecting your ability to repay the loan.

Then closed the ticket.

Highly disappointed!! I applied for $350 and was declined. I certainly have the capacity to repay however they weren't interested in my business.
I have recently been approved for $8000 car loan and $2000 loan with another reputable company with no dramas at all.
Sunshine will reply and say 'they take lending seriously' but to be honest I don't think they know what they are doing lol

Not impressed. Paid my loan, missed only one repayment which was fixed up immediately once brought to my attention (paying the expensive late fees). After paying the loan out with the last of my pay leaving me with no money for the fortnight in the hopes I could get another loan to help me finalise a couple of shortfalls. I wasn't able to obtain another loan because of 1 missed payment. Won't be using this place again, ridiculous reason not to give someone another chance! I have two kids I need to support so thanks a lot.

I've had two loans with these guys, easy service cash is in your account same day.
Only downfall is the repayments are high, expect a payback of $250 p/w for a loan of $1000. But isn't that what loan sharks are about?

There needs to be regulations to make these guys easier to contact. I have been trying to reschedule payments due to a change in employment. You cannot contact anybody there neither for love nor money.

Don't waste your time using this company, If you need money try somewhere else , you'll experience most rudest customer service from them , they don't care about you and only cares about making more money out of you, interest is so high , loan repayment duration is short meaning you'll end up getting in more financial stress. They have hefty fees. There is no way to contact someone directly if something goes wrong , no customer service over week ends , and they use a stupid online system which provides mostly generic responses. Stay AWAY

I am very happy with Sunshine Loans and have had four loans with them in the past year. The loan approval is fast and efficient. They keep me informed by SMS and email every step of the way. And their contact centre staff are knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. I was wary the first time I applied, but my experience has been really positive. Why borrow from a friend and ruin a relationship? Sunshine Loans is very clear about their fees so you know what you're up for. Many thanks :-)

Crap service, hard to get in contact with anyone, not helpful in any way, shape or form. Would strongly advise against dealing with this firm of rogues.

Worst customer service! My loan went through very fast and I was grateful for that. However I noticed my repayments were set for a day before my pay day. I rang them back and had a really rude and appalling lady telling me that no I can't change your days. I literally had to argue with her because I refused to pay and late fees because of rudeness and laziness. From my personal experience the company is good, fast and friendly in the loan application process once that is through they just start treating you like a dog! Not impressed with the service I recieved and once my loan is paid I will never get a loan through this company again. People deserve to be treated with respect not like dogs!

If I could give this service a no star I would. Firstly, the staff lie to you to get you to sign the contract after giving misleading information. You DO NOT talk to anyone if you have an issue, it's all threw email. All I wanted to do was change a pay date from a Wednesday to a Thursday, and that simple task is hard for them. So don't even bother with this service, you have others out there that can fix a problem in 5 min if you need to. I do not recommend this service at all, your be saving yourself the stress by avoiding them at all cost!

Intentionally handing out loans wilst sneaking in ridiculous rates, fees and repayment amounts. Claims to be flexible but they will purposefully NOT pick up any calls when you try to contact them.

Save yourself from the trap they are disguising. There are many better small lending companies that care about the customers.

Had 4 loans with these guys as last few years have been tough. Paid every one back on time, yet now all of a sudden they refuse me despite my circumstances not changing. Telling me I have to fill in expenses that I don't even have. Disappointing.

Am very happy with the level of service with Sunshine Loans, always happy to help out if anything unexpected comes up

ScumShine loans adds 70$ onto existing loan if a payment is missed and will take 428$ the following week. This is the worst company that will put you into even more dept trying to pay back 2000$. I will advise to anyone NOT TO GET THIS LOAN it sounds good but scumshine loans digs you a hole thats financially difficult to get out of.

Worse loan company in Australia and the rudest customer service people in the world. Got told that my loan was denied when I called up to find out why I was told if I didn't like the decision the called the complainants line and then he told me that his decision was final and told me that I shouldn't withdraw money from an atm because apparently no one uses cash any more. Seriously no wonder repeat customers go else where from your company

So everyone is saying they had there funds in a couple of hours what a load. Can't contact them at all tried to call numerous times and no body is there. What do you have 1 person working there?

Sunshine was really good to me in a time of needing to lend while the Covid 19 was happening

I have had no issues until now. Yesterday, I filles out a 'ticket' to change my repayment date from a Wed to a Fri...2 days. I needed to do this because of the public holiday on Monday and my pay will be a day late. I received an email back stating that my repayment would be moved to Thursday. Not what I asked and I cannot ring and talk to anyone. This would be cleared up in a matter of minutes if I could tall to a human instead of filling out another stupid ticket. Unless this is rectified, I won't ever use Sunshine again. Terrible service and this stupid 'ticket' system is neither efficient or effective.

Absolutely ZERO loyalty to customers who pay their loans out early and then re-apply

I applied for a small loan with sunshine loans it was so quick and easy to do. The customer service was great and the money was in my account with in hours. will defiantly be recommending sunshine loans to all my friends and family.

Honestly you guys , ive dealt with sunshine a number of times , its so quick and easy and when no one will help you guys always help , all done on my phone , even sending bank statements, the interest isnt even all that much either , thanks guys and keep up the great service you provide when we need cash fast . They're usually okay. First time I applied, got 400... second time I applied, for 1.2k - paid that off early ($800ish) and then applied again, only 400 again!? This was annoying. I took the 400... But paying it off again and will need another 2k. Hopefully not like the last time, never defaulted or had an issue with Sunshine. I'll edit my review if this next time goes better!

Tried another place called Cigno loans, but would much rather not have to deal with them again. Have been pretty happy with Sunshine except for that little hiccup.

I have applied for many loans that claim to accept anyone bad credit what not all these claims they make but end up going through the whole long process and getting declined sunshine loans is the only company that have been willing to give me a go , I am now on my second loan if it wasn t for them I would not have been able to purchase my first car. I do apologise for that not so good review sunshine loans owner but I just don t get why I was knocked back this time ? The last 5 times I ve applied for a loan my situation hasn t changed so why knock back now and not before? If you were serious about responsible lending you would have knocked me back many times over the last year and you even approved my application when I didn t have a full time job like I do now and you knock it back I just don t get it at all , I ve always been a good customer and haven t had much issues at all with repayments in the last 3 years but now all of a sudden I might have now that I have a full time job ? I m bewildered
