We worked with Jim and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a ton of questions and he was able to get me the answers to the guesting I had I'm a timely manner. Thank you for hiring such a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable guy. Will definitely recommend everyone I run into trying to buy a car to this dealership.
This was the most amazing dealer experience I have had in my 21 years of purchasing and 7 previously purchased vehicles. We worked with Jim E. (sales) and Justin L. (finance) They are extremely informative, laid back, patient, not pushy, attentive, caring, and honest. We will always go back to them for new vehicles and even drive or fly out of our way if we ever move away. That is how great the experience was. The entire process was fast and painless. I cant think of how it could have been any faster. I wish we could give them 10 STARS and that still wouldn't be enough! My wife is so excited to come back for oil changes as she was amazed by the waiting area and customer service. We spoke with every dept and all were top notch.
Recently bought my fourth car from Sunset. First time buying a used vehicle. I bought a 2020 Kia from them, and as soon as I pulled off the lot the check engine light came on. They took the vehicle and sent it to the a Kia dealer for repairs. Two weeks later they call me to tell me the vehicle is ready. I live over an hour away, so I head out excited to finally drive my new car. I get to the dealership and my car is not there. I had to wait an hour for the technician to get back with it. I get in the car drive to pull out onto Lindbergh and the check engine light comes on again. They took my vehicle back and sent it to a second Kia dealer. Had the vehicle another week and a half. Then after getting the car back it has all kinds of electrical issues. They wouldn't buy the car back and put me in a reliable car. So they lost a lifetime customer. Will never buy here again.
I will not use this dealership for multiple reasons and suggest you use caution either purchasing a vehicle from Sunset Ford or using them for service. Their management has recognized a shortage of cars being available and embarrassingly priced themselves way out of the market for new vehicles. Regarding service, just today I had an appointment for recalls and warranty work that was booked 6 weeks ago that required me to take a day off of work to complete. One hour before the appointment I got a call explaining that their dealership had an employee strike and could not perform the expected work and that I would have to call back and reschedule. They couldn t get me in for this work for 6 weeks the last time that I called, I will be seeking a new dealership
I had a great experience with the staff at this dealership. The friendly staff helped me set up an appointment for my Ford f150. They did a great job communicating on my Ford F150 from start to finish. I will be taking my truck back to this dealership from now on. No more Dobbs or other dealerships where I had horrible experiences. Thanks Sunset for great customer care and mechanical work!
This is the 2nd vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Sunset Ford. Tony Pizzella was great to work with in the purchase. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Things Come Up:
Had a issue come up at Sunset Ford with my F150 at the service center-Justin Heutel and Sean (from service) were quick to jump on it and own the issue. Justin stayed in touch with me a resolved my issue with a I can help attitude . Its super easy to give good reviews when thing go right but it service after the sale that sets Sunset Ford apart. Sunset Ford excelled in customer care and owned my issue from start to finish. Customer care like this is a lost art but not for this dealership and not for Justin and Sean. Thanks again for making it right and making it easy!
