Had a issue come up at Sunset Ford with my F150 at the service center-Justin Heutel and Sean (from service) were quick to jump on it and own the issue. Justin stayed in touch with me a resolved my issue with a I can help attitude . Its super easy to give good reviews when thing go right but it service after the sale that sets Sunset Ford apart. Sunset Ford excelled in customer care and owned my issue from start to finish. Customer care like this is a lost art but not for this dealership and not for Justin and Sean.
