The cove fries with the seneca creek quesadillas I would consider the best combination for a meal there hands down

The food was good (which is why they didn't get 1 star).
They rode Covid19 as an excuse to treat their customer extremely poorly:
1. Cover charge for a restaurant? What is that?
2. DISGUSTING bathroom trailer. That's just inexcusable.
3. A mandatory 18% tip. That allowed the staff and waitress to give us poor, slow and plain bad service
How do any of these have anything to do with Covid?
They should re-think their service and not use Covid as an excuse for such bad one...

Great food nice place to eat during the summer seating by the dock beautiful view

Awesome beach style restaurant with outdoor seating in sand and live music as well as indoor seating. Tasty seafood dishes and of course meats and salads as well. Fun atmosphere and reasonable pricing!

The music and the service was GREAT! The food was also pretty good for a dock bar.

Reasonably priced drinks, summer hangout vibes. The staff was super cool and helpful. It was crowded so be ready for that.

Love this place's atmosphere. Especially the day of the boat parade. Just be sure to go when the seasonal bars are open (April)

Absolutely horrible. Went here to celebrate a friends birthday and she got cut off after only 2 drinks. My friend has a limp that causes her to walk a little crooked, but they took this as a sign of her being too drunk, without coming over to speak with her first. The security guard and other staff from the host stand pointed at her and laughed at her throughout the night. The manager was sent over and was absolutely no help and after speaking to her said I see now that you are fine yet did not apologize for his actions. This establishment is discriminatory. It is NOT worth it to go here. We had a positive attitude the whole night but this completely ruined our experience.

Loved the breeze on the patio. Great atmosphere. Only complaint was the jerk chicken needed to be char-broiled. Crispier.

My family eats here regularly...service and food is good.

Very neat restaurant/bar with a sand bar out back along with 2 tiki bars. It has a great feel to it and it's hard not to have fun there. Great local bands perform and the food is good as well. Only thing I would say needs some work is some of the bartenders could be a little more friendly. I understand they are probably stressed out from so many people there alllll the time. But you should always be nice to the customer.

Huge Thank You to AD their General Manager!!!! He went above and beyond for my family and I two weeks in a row! Making sure we got sat accordingly, checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. It's rare to find this kind of service these days!

Great place for kids( of all ages ) due to having a playground by the lake where kids can play. There food is amazing, I had ordered the twin crab cakes and they were not only delicious but huge! The staff was really nice and got our orders right, I recomend that , if you can, you go to Sunset Cove.

The food is great. When the menu reads, jumbo lump crabcakes, you can believe it! The ambience is great. And on this particular day there was a live band to enhance the atmosphere even more. I will return, for sure.

The staff was nice and always makes sure you have what you want. Very impressed with the attention to detail of staff cleaning so that you are not looking at a mess while your having fun. Highly recommend to all my friends.

Food was very good! While the wait staff was very efficient, no smiles. Glad we have cellphones so they could find us ten feet away! Felt like we were inconveniencing hostess.

Very fun place to spend a weekend afternoon with great views and live music. Service was friendly and fast. Food was delicious! We got wings and the crab dip to accompany our drinks. Make sure you ask for the drink specials and wear plenty of sunscreen! Would definitely bring friends and family here

Had the rock fish tacos. They were fair. Two for $16.... should have been three. I eat fish tacos everywhere. These could have been better.

Service was good. Food was average. 18$ seafood mac and cheese was supposed to come topped with bread crumbs and cheddar. No cheese no seasoning. Wouldn't recommend,wont be back. Liv was great tho. Only came to celebrate niece moving to first grade, the kids enjoyed themselves tho.

If you have been to Ocean City I would say Sunset Cove is a mini secrets where Bay meets Beach just east of Baltimore. It's my all time favorite place to go during the summer and a boaters paradise. They have a few outdoor bars, tiki bar, casual seating, plenty of standing room, tables for eating and a stage for band or dj. On a good night there is plenty of dancing and adult fun! It is a great place for families especially during the day!

Totally not practicing social distancing,the bartender was very rude and just wasn't inviting...

Atmosphere was a bit loud. But food awsome. A wide range of fish. No steak which I was bummed about. But all in all staff wise and food where above and beyond.

Surprisingly great food! The 'Cove Fries' (fries, cream dip smothered in cheddar) were excellent! The scallops were much better than I was expecting.

Bar-ish atmosphere, but incredible food! They have an outdoor/Sandy Beach section that was closed due to weather, but the view over the marina was still really nice. Great place.

Very fun place to go anytime of day, any day of the week. Pier fills up quick for coming by water, but it's always a good time. No smoking allowed outside anymore, though.

The new place looks great. What can be said about the ambiance that hasn't been said? Very relaxing atmosphere. The menu has an ample selection of meals and light fair. The food it's always good. And according the the drunks in my family, they make the THE BEST orange crushes around. Great service and reasonable prices. The addition of water sports only adds to the good time atmosphere

Great atmosphere and services, but you will get literally harrassed if you are not ordering anything or are past 2 hours even though there are tables available.

Wow was this place a great experience!! Phenomenal atmosphere on the water with excellent service and delicious food. It was quite busy for my visit so those most sensitive to covid and being in crowds may be on edge, but the tables were well spaced and folks were following mask guidelines to create a safe environment.

Went Saturday for first time. Seemed like a really nice place. Was with wife and kids had dinner. Prices arent to bad either.

Went to go for dinner on Sunday evening after 7pm to eat inside. They said we needed to pay a cover charge even to go for dinner. I asked if it would be refunded if I showed a receipt after our meal. Answer was no. Of course I left,I am not paying a cover charge for just eating.

Was told it will be a 40 min wait for a party of 2at 1230 pm . Ok fine then we watched as parties of 3 and more were coming in putting there nanes on the list and were being seated with in ten minutes! We asked the hostess herrsponse for us waiting for 1hr 10 min was we cant seat you at those tables !! As we watch those other parties pick and choose there tables. We will spread this to everyone with boats and with out. Complete BS we will nor be back I guess Dave Steele doesnt care about the patrons only large groups equel more money.

This place is the best in the state for waterfront dining. Boat tie offs right behind the restaurant, outside dining and bar including sand landscaping and a tiny beach, and pretty great food. I go here every time I visit home.

Sat in the restaurant area on a Saturday night , Twas nice. Aaron, my hunk of a server, recommended I got a crush as he leaned on the table and flexed his pectorals. I obviously was mesmerized and fell for this upsell. I ordered a pineapple upside down and it was the best cocktail I ve ever tasted. It warmed my tastebuds to perfection and my mouth watered for more with every gulp. Aaron came back and ever so gently said how is your drink? I replied magnificent, thank you and I delivered a small wink. I m not sure if he picked up on it. Nonetheless, the service was awesome, drinks magnificent, food awesome, and atmosphere addicting.
