Spent 20k for an outdoor kitchen where the countertop cracked and grill lightning didn t work. Called about the counter top and they can out and fixed it, told me the grill lighting was fixed and when I went to use it it wasn t. The most disappointing thing in all this is there follow up!! Joe and Drew who are senior Management said to text them with any problems, so I did. There response time is either long or never. Follow up is very disappointing!! When u down 20K u would expect great customer service
