These guys must be in bed with lennar, because both suck at what the do. Cant walk through our yard without twisting an ankle. Diddnt grade the lot prior to laying sod and they block the streets with their trucks. Oh, the arrogance.

Worked here for 7 months. If I didn't move I never would have left. Great company that supports its employees and monthly bonuses are easy to achieve. It's a family more than a company. They play as hard as they work.

100% sure they have no idea what they are doing. They have zero pride in their craft! I've called and they dont return calls. Not sure if because they are the landscape company for my builder they dont care or maybe they're just that bad. NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They put plants that are buffer plants in front of my door way. These plants will grow 6-8' tall and wide and there are 3 infront of my front door. Doesn't take a genius to figure out that's a bad idea. Multiple trees throughout neighborhood are down already because they weren't staked correctly.

This company does not stand behind their work. After spending close to $10,000, within a year our rock is crumbling on the corners and surfaces. One rock is 1/2 inch lower and everyone trips on it. There was NO one year guarantee although they claim they give one. This company DOES NOT CARE once they are paid. The customer does not matter. Avoid these sweet talking scam artists.

It's amazing that I can watch a 5 minute YouTube video on sod installation and do a better job than these clowns. It's clear this company takes zero pride in their work. I'm sure that Lennar contract is nice but have some respect for what you do and who you do it for. Where to start:
1. Loving lays sod over actual garbage. They don't bother even trying to butt edges, rolling to ensure ground contact, etc. So if it rains heavily around install, you're getting a swamp instead of a yard.
2. Loving throws garbage under shrubs and trees that are planted (I use "plant" loosely as most weren't in a hole big enough/died off due to improper install)
3. Shrubs that survived the initial hack job will die off if you don't adjust spacing. News flash: You don't put small shrubs behind large ones and probably shouldn't plant multiple large shrubs with only 6 inches of spacing.
I could go on, but you get the picture. If your home builder uses Loving, see if you can get money taken off the price and get your own landscaping done. You'll be much better off.
