Stay away, I ve been waiting for 2 hours to be seen. And still waiting. There was only 2 people in front of me. Believe the bad reviews because they make you wait too long. I might as well go to the hospital which was I was trying to avoid

This place was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier. Ms. Emma was so kind. I'm glad she was the first point of contact, as I had never been here prior. I don't quite understand the negative reviews, so I will assume that previous staff members no longer work here. My experience was great. I did an entire pre-employment screening that consisted of a physical, flu vaccination, TB test and drug screen. They offered me a COVID testing but it was too soon to test for my employer. The young man that helped me out was really nice and treated me like a human and not just another number. I have worked in an emergency room and know how staff can get. Not here. Don't let the negative reviews sway you. I will gladly come back for another visit.
This place gets busy but it was very efficient! Very professional and clean, painless blood draw and friendly staff. The rest of you complaining just need to work on your time management
Waited for a rapid COVID test. I was in contact with someone with COVID so they had me fill out my paperwork in the car. I called to check if I needed to bring the paperwork inside they said to wait in my car for the doctor and they would collect the paperwork then. Two hours of waiting later I call again to see what s going on and they said I already took the test ! Then they changed their story and said , oh you never brought your paperwork inside so we didn t send the doctor out. I would suggest going to a different clinic, this one is way too unorganized and busy and their front desk workers don t take responsibility for their actions.
I have been a patient here many times over the past 15 years. All of the doctors have been great; knowledgeable, concerned, friendly and kind. The only complaint I have is the wait time. It's usually a long wait.
Waiting doctor for more than one hour. Really bad service
I went there july 4th for an injured wrist- found out it was broken. I was n so much PAIN it was horrible! But the limited staff was great and treated me with respect and dignity. I'm unfortunately going back today because of a chest injury. The pain is so bad. ! ANYHOW- merry xmas to all the staff ! U guys are great !!
As I write this I'm on my 2 hour mark. Still waiting to see the doctor. Friendly staff, though.
