Sunrise Management was a dream of a management company during my recent move from out of state! I contacted James F about a different property that was no longer available. He sent me info on other available places and we were able to find the perfect spot. Not only is the apartment beautiful, and in a perfect location, but the quality of his job was superb! He was prompt and professional, available through email and text. The process was perfectly facilitated, and I couldn t be happier. : )

We just moved into a new apartment here with Sunrise Management and it s been great. We had James who helped us through the whole process and made it very simple to find the place just for us. They make it very easy to rent from them, there is even have online portal. We found everything we wanted in an apartment and were happy to be renting from Sunrise Management!

Davin Reynolds was my contact and he was incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. I got in touch with Davin in order to set up a viewing, and he got me in quickly, and once we decided to apply, he responded with the results of the application quickly as well. All in all, it took less than a week to sort everything out, and I'm grateful for all of Davin's help. The property is fantastic and exactly as advertised.
If you're working with Davin, you're in good hands.

I lived at the balboa park apartments in bankers hill for a year and am incredibly sad to not resign my lease (moving to be closer to work).
The property was always well maintained, if I ever had a maintenance issues it was resolved very fast, and the apartment manager Eric P. Was kind, professional and quick with responses. I would recommend this apartment and leasing group to anyone looking for apartments!

Stay away. I stayed in a studio at The Cove PB, 901 Turquoise St. For 7 months during covid 19. We hung minimal art, bought minimal furniture, and kept pristine care of the studio. They ended up charging us to repaint to match studio color after we left, as well as fill small holes . However, we bought spackle and filled every single hole before we left. I have video to prove it. They force u to leave without an in person inspection so they can take advantage of you after your gone.

Even WORSE and LIKELY ILLEGAL IN PANDEMIC is the conditions of common areas. The laundry room was shocking. During a pandemic, it was clear it was not cleaned for weeks at a time.

Fast and smooth process from calling on the property to signing a lease.
They use an online portal by Appfolio which is super convenient and easy to use. It also has a mobile app, which is nice. I can see all of the data on the lease and submit maintenance requests. I called for maintenance on move-in day and someone arrived not 15 minutes later to solve it. Overall, I'm very happy with the company thus far...professional and responsive.

I've been renting from Sunrise Management for over a year & I love how they take care of their property & their tenants. I love how their easy to communicate with & most of the things are done online which is very convenient for myself. Their whole system from quick responses, to emailing & maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. I am very grateful that Eric P has made me feel secure throughout this pandemic.

We have had multiple issues with Sunrise since moving in but I ll save your time and note some of the more serious problems we ve encountered. They went 10 months without telling us we needed to set up a separate account to pay utilities. We were under the impression that the bill would be showing up on their rent portal as it states it will on the lease. They never sent us a website address or account information. We ended up having to pay the entire amount after they neglected to notify us for majority of our lease!

Recently, we received a notice they would need to enter our unit without elaborating at all no message stating why (without any contact information listed, no email, no phone number, NOTHING). We have pets and wanted to let them know we would be away and to be courteous of our home and to prevent our pets from accidentally being let out. While we were both working we had a maintenance person call us asking to access our apartment on a different day than what was listed on the notice. This was extremely unsettling. If someone from their maintenance team needed to access our unit they should have a set of keys?

Sunrise management is a joke of a company with incompetent employees and an extreme lack of communication after reading all the other reviews we are now concerned that we won t even be receiving our security deposit after moving out. I can t express how difficult these people make it to contact them. They don t even have a phone number listed on their site or an email. All they list is a questions box I doubt they d respond to that anyways. We ve had so many issues with Sunrise Management. Please do not move in to one of their properties!!

James from Sunrise Management was absolutely stellar! He is very responsive, answered all my questions (which were numerous) and ensured a smooth transition into the new lease for my apt. James is a true professional and I would highly recommend working with him to find your new home! Thanks James and sunrise management!

James Fakeri is a huge asset to this company. He was and is always responsive to your calls and questions. He was my contact for viewing and ultimately renting my unit. He worked fast to process my application and got back to me on the same day to let me know my application for the unit was approved. He is awesome! In addition, Sunrise Management has been responsive and professional for any requests that have been made. It's a refreshing change from most property management companies!
