Otto and crew were great - they offered me a great return on my trade in Kia and I was able to purchase a brand new Kia soul. I bought a beautiful slightly used 2019 Sedona. Truly Friendly dealership. No games. Fair price. Excellent management. Fair trade in. I am not a fan of most car dealers but this was an exceptional experience. I highly recommend them.
We we have been buying and leasing cars for 40 years. We have dealt with many service managers for maintenance. The people at Kia, the salesman it helped us in the beginning to the service manager and his staff, for the most supportive of any.
They went out of their way to help us through an accident, filing a claim, getting us transportation, and dealing with the insurance company.
We feel strongly that we have found a new family.

Very helpful sales man, Joe, exhibited patience in showing us new car features. The day after we bought car, made the trip up to dealership and asked some more questions which he answered. There were many things he went over with us...too many for us old folks to remember all of them. All in all , it was a pleasant buying experience!
I felt it was an open and honest experience. The salesman, Adam Brown, was very pleasant to deal with and even found me the color car I wanted. It s a newer color and is hard to find. I was able to get the one I wanted and am very happy with my new Kia Soul.

I was on the hunt for the perfect Telluride, and I found it at Friendly Kia! Bill Sizemore was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He was also patient, yet ensured our transaction was smooth - since I had my one-year-old in tow. He even ensured my lease was taken care of and made a special trip to turn it into the Mazda dealer after I left. In addition, Tony, from finance was also easy to worth with and made our transaction quick and easy. However, my highest praise is that I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. It's such a breath of fresh air to find a dealership that truly wants to make their customers happy over making a sale. I highly recommend Bill, Tony, and all of the Friendly Kia staff if you re in the market for a new vehicle. I love my new Telluride and am excited for many new adventures ahead!
Excellent buying experience! I bought my new carnival prestige from them and I couldn t be happier! Joe and Otto were amazing from the beginning and I had a horrible experience in a previous Kia store and they were completely different! They were honest and straight up with the numbers. No gimmicks no fooling around. Love how they treat people as human beings! Highly recommend them!
