We have had multiple issues with Sunrise since moving in but I ll save your time and note some of the more serious problems we ve encountered. They went 10 months without telling us we needed to set up a separate account to pay utilities. We were under the impression that the bill would be showing up on their rent portal as it states it will on the lease. They never sent us a website address or account information. We ended up having to pay the entire amount after they neglected to notify us for majority of our lease!

Recently, we received a notice they would need to enter our unit without elaborating at all no message stating why (without any contact information listed, no email, no phone number, NOTHING). We have pets and wanted to let them know we would be away and to be courteous of our home and to prevent our pets from accidentally being let out. While we were both working we had a maintenance person call us asking to access our apartment on a different day than what was listed on the notice. This was extremely unsettling. If someone from their maintenance team needed to access our unit they should have a set of keys?

Sunrise management is a joke of a company with incompetent employees and an extreme lack of communication after reading all the other reviews we are now concerned that we won t even be receiving our security deposit after moving out. I can t express how difficult these people make it to contact them. They don t even have a phone number listed on their site or an email. All they list is a questions box I doubt they d respond to that anyways. We ve had so many issues with Sunrise Management. Please do not move in to one of their properties!!
