I lived in a 3 bedroom and it had rats. I moved to a 2 bedroom and a rat came through the drain while my wife was showering which caused her to fall. All they did was provide sticky traps. Never caught a rat. They were too big for the traps. They would just run over the traps and drag them. I would not recommend this complex. There was a sex offender living in complex that management didn t know about. I had to show them the dps sex offender site . They did make him move.
