I used these movers to relocate apartments recently and I would not recommend this service. The movers were very slow, and often at times unaware of what they should be doing. The main reception did not seem to communicate with the movers so when I requested boxes and specific information about the move, this was not communicated with the movers on the day. Finally, you pay per item so I paid S$400 for them to only move pieces of furniture I had informed them about. When I asked them to help move bags and suitcases, they informed me that they can only move the things I told them about even though their van could carry these items. I therefore had to taxi back and forth with the remaining items, which seemed pointless considering I had paid for a removal service.

I would not recommend using these movers, instead do some research and find others that are more efficient, helpful and better value for money.
