Personally, I m not impressed with their service. I engaged their services last year, it was quite ok. But this time I was utterly disappointed with them and will not recommend their service to anyone I know.
It was for the moving of two locations to one.
1. They scratched my wall during the move and when I told them about it they said they are very busy and ask me to go and buy the paint and claim from them. I would assume they want us to repaint the wall ourselves and rectify their fault for them. I don t think this is reasonable. Why would I pay $500 for moving services (for professional movers ) and then spend time contacting my old contractors checking what paint colour code I used previously for my house and then take leave to search for paint and paint the wall myself?
2. The next thing is that they called me to reschedule the time to collect the boxes and I accommodate their timing. Then they call again to change the timing and said that they are now arranging for a different team to collect the boxes. Once again, I accommodate their timing but I don t feel that they are thankful at all.
The impression they gave me was that they are all very busy people and should we engage their services, we will need to abide to their timing and schedule. I feel very unappreciative (even when I tried to accommodate to their timing) and the way they treat their customers was not pleasant at all.
I feel very disturbed and will do my homework more extensively in future if I need to move again.
