I may never look at the Wasatch the same way again. I've been to Alta and Snowbird a bunch of times, over 25 years. There is real magic in the air at Sundance, stuff that's hard to define. Its not as big or maybe not as fancy as it could be, but that seems intentional. I need to explore Sundance more...

Great value. Summer hiking, biking, horses, fishing, food is incredible, staff is positive and friendly, add extra touch. We saw lots of wildlife while hiking. The Sunday evening bluegrass concert was awesome. Special shout out to Chris, Christy, Greg, Camille, Brenda, the other Chris and Jared. Will return for ski season. Elvis Lives!

Favorite place I have stayed in my entire life in comparison to nearly thirty other hotels.

Upon checking in, an escort drove in front of us showing us our room and brought in bags for us.

One experience in particular was extremely exceptional. Our do not disturb sign had been placed on the door handle because of a late start for one of the days we were there. Customer service called in the afternoon saying they hadn't visited earlier to respect our wish for privacy and asking if we were in need of anything. I had forgotten a toothbrush and toothpaste and they offered to bring one up to our room. Not less than literally TWO minutes later a knock on our door and the items we asked for.

The Foundry Grill was amazing and the customer service was just amazing in every single way. Can't wait to come back again.

Sundance is one of my favorite places to visit. I've eaten at their Deli and The Foundry Grill. Both are amazing. I've also taken the tram and hiked Stewart Falls which is gorgeous! Although a bit pricey. Their cabins are clean, cozy, and high class. I would recommend Sundance to anyone.

We went to the out door theater and had a great experience. The experience of having dinner before the show in the mountains under the trees and then watching a great production at the outdoor amphitheatre made for a really cool experience.

This is my eleventh year of organizing an annual Yoga Retreat for friends and family at Sundance. I am always delighted to welcome new attendees and especially happy to share the warm and gracious welcome from the Sundance community.
This was the first year that I chose to rent a "Sundance Mountain Home"with all of the amenities offered....housekeeping free shuttles, lift passes and the like.
The spa is always welcoming to my attendees and with every year there are more and more additions to the mountain activities.

We visited the resort twice this season to eat here and loved the food, vibe and beauty of the place, no wonder Redford fell in love with this canyon on his journey to California in the 70s. The staff could not have been nicer and when back in SLC next season we will make sure to ski here a couple days.

For a beginner I think this is a good ski resort, if you want for advanced terrain, then the bigger resorts are the way to go. I went night skiing though so there may be more advanced terrain on some of the other routes that were closed at night. The lifts are non detachables making the lift rides very slow!

This place has a soul. Cabin's are imperfect, but roomy and cozy. Skiing is underrated and great, restaurants and Owl Bar outstanding. Nice conference facilities at Redford Center. Theater is amazing. Just a great place to be.

My hubby and I have been going to Sundance for the last decade. We do everything from the zipline, hiking, lift rides and eating. They've recently upped their food game to include lots more vegan/veggie options at The Owl Bar, The Deli and the Foundry Grill. All the staff have always been incredibly kind and knowledgeable and we will continue to visit for many years to come.

This is an excellent resort. I really love the Owl Bar. It's one of the classiest bars in Utah County. The whole resort is nice. They have activities year round. It's a great place to take pictures with lots of nice rivers and creeks running through the resort.

This is a really great place if you want to go Skying!
There are lots of different Sky routs that you can take and of coarse there is a lift that takes you up the mountain.
If it is your first time skying you can get off at the first route and practice there before you go any higher up the mountain.
They also offer classes for kids here.
Also, there are two placeses that you can enjoy a meal at, they are higher prices than usual, so if you are on a budget, be sure to bring a picnic and there is a inside picnic area that you can enjoy your meal at.
There is also a souvenir store, lockers, a parking lot, an outside fire place and bathrooms.

I only went on the hike up to Stewart falls. The home itself was very scenic and the ski lift ride up to the trail was great, though my dad did twist both his ankles on the hike and we had to walk through water (not over, through) which soaked our shoes and it was pretty intense. Not recommended for anyone who isn't an adult and in prime physical condition. Ski lift ride is great for anyone, though.

Sundance is a beautiful location for events, weddings, and business meetings. The 45 minute lift ride to the top provides stunning scenic views for those who would otherwise not male it to the top. The service and staff are friendly and top notch.

We went and got a hot chocolate at the restaurant after walking around and seeing some of the lights/snow. It's a little pricier than other places (which you would expect) but it is a fun experience if you're looking to just get out of utah valley somewhere

The slopes were perfectly groomed for a thrilling ride. We had several different levels in our party and we all had fun together. The staff was helpful and passionate. I really loved warming up and talking by the fire pits.

We stopped at Sundance after we drove the Alpine Loop to see the fall colors. We will be back for dinner and a show sometime soon. We also keep meaning to go skiing at Sundance, but never seem to make it up there before the snow melts.

Very over rated. They are typically overly packed with people and understaffed. We tried to go for a night ride on the ski lifts during the full moon and it was like a 1.5 hour wait to get on the lift... Needless to say we didn't stay. Parking was atrocious as well... We had to park way up the hill and make a 15 minute walk down to the lifts just to find out the wait was that long... So a half hour round trip wasted, and that was all because they didn't have anyone to help us get some quick information at the front... Again... Severely understaffed. I am still giving it three stars because it is a beautiful location and I have been on hikes in the area that are quite nice.
