Did a beautiful two hour trail tour on horseback with Dennis as our guide. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous the entire time. Great view of Stewart Falls mid-way. We are novice riders and my son had never ridden. Dennis was awesome - patient and fun. Highly recommend.

Sundance is an incredible resort. The perfect place to go if you want to disconnect from the hustle of everyday life and soak in the beauty around you. There's an ample amount of adventures waiting at Sundance, and there really is something for everyone. I recommend ziplining (no need for a GoPro, just soak it in), making pottery at the Art Shack, eating dinner at the Tree Room, and capping nights off at the Owl Bar. I love the history and thoughtfulness of this place. I will definitely be going back!

My fiance asked for my hand in marriage this morning at Sundance right on the bridge overlooking the pond. It was where we went the very first day we met. Sundance provided us an everlasting memory!

Charming place. Good views of the mountains, the people working there were nice. Bathrooms were large and clean. It has a fun rustic alpine chic feel that actually works. There are a couple of restaurants that are good, especially Sunday all you can eat brunch. The only reason I'd knock a star off is that the prices are eye-wateringly high. I get that it's high end and nice, but wow, I don't think it's worth it unless you have plenty of money. This is not just the restaurants, but also the clothes, home decor, etc.

Up in the mountains with outdoor activities, restaurants and shopping along with lodge. Take the lift ride for a 45 minute viewing of the resort. They have a longer one if you want to go to the top of the mountain. This is a favorite spot for mountain biking.

It s a great place to go for dinner. The food at the restaurant is delicious. They have a range of items on the menu, including salmon, bison, and steak. If you have younger kids, they are very accommodating. It s a good place to go for a nice dinner.

My little getaway and it's the cheapest place even though the price is quickly rising. Some may say that the price is a little too spendy for the place. But it's still the cheapest place out of the rest.

although the Mountainside doesn't provide super challenging ski runs, this Resort is certainly one of the most gorgeous mountain scenes you will ever visit. In the fall the changing colors are absolutely breathtaking. Nearly every weekend there is a wedding or two that is begging to be crashed. Sunday evenings during the summer time they have free concerts on the grassy field at the base of the chair lift. If the price tag isn't an issue for you, then their cabins are high-end. there's always a very friendly crowd and you will often find people coming here from LA to enjoy the scenery.

Day guest, snow was decent but turned icy in the afternoon. They manage the lines well despite the low number of available chair lifts at the base. I love the accessibility of this canyon and resort, it was very easy to get in and out at the busy hours. . Pricing is high vs. superior local alternatives. Overall a thumbs up experience, however.

We went up for dinner and the hostess told us they were closed for an hour until dinner. (At this point she wasn't rude, bit certainly disinterested and dull.)
We say we'll wait. We sit there an hour and wait.
When it's five and the guests at the lodge start coming in to be seated we go up to the same hostess, who then very dismissively informs us we didn't get a reservation and it'll be over an hour before she can possibly seat us.
Why didn't she share this info when we first approached her? Why couldn't she be as single iota friendly or helpful?
Is this acceptable customer service for this establishment?
These questions will remain unanswered as we will sure as hell never go there again.

Love this place!!! I just got done having my work Christmas party in one of their meeting rooms. The building overlooked a tiny pond which was absolutely gorgeous. It was at night and they had small lights strung about while I was being encircled by mountains. It seemed almost magical. I will absolutely be going back again!

Very scenic and atmospheric, and the restaurant staff were extremely helpful. They knew all the meals and were tremendous. The bar was also very pleasant and thankfully very warm! This was an excellent place and I left with fond memories and a desire to return.

We went to the Sundance Harvest Festival. It was very well organized and in a beautiful part of the state. There were ppl directing traffic and parking and driving shuttles. Great event, even despite the rain.

The service was great. The food was awesome with giant nachos at the top of the mountain! Love the runs but I wish some of them were a little longer. Pretty pricey but that's what you get with a ski resort.

Went for a zip tour only. Had a blast, the whole experience was smooth. They also recovered a lost item of mine quickly and easily. Only thing I don't like is the constant shuttling I had to do, but I guess it's inevitable given the resort layout.

Gorgeous resort with tons of summer activities in addition to the winter skiing/snowboarding. Great for mountain biking, hiking, zip lining and enjoying the beautiful outdoor landscape that Utah has to offer.

What a great resort. The food in The Foundry Grill was superb. We dined for breakfast and Lunch on 2 occassions and the quality and service was superb. We also took the ski lift to the top of the mountain and it was amazing in autumn (fall) seeing all the trees turning red and orange.

My sister and I needed a short retreat into nature after staying at home for so long. This was perfect and a short drive from Salt Lake City. Our mountain suite was comfy and we ordered dinner from the Foundry Grill (Fried chicken delicious.) Special shout out to Ashley Couchis at the front desk. She took excellent care of us. Only cons: resort could use a little fresh up such as tired, splintered-wood in the cabins, sign touch ups (some a bit unreadable), dead branches on trees. The dead tree in front of our deck would enhance the view so much if it was removed.

Sundance rocks! We just bought season passes and enjoyed our first day in the slots on Saturday. There is a nice range of ski runs for all ability levels and the line for the lift moves quickly. Plus it's just absolutely gorgeous up in those mountains.

We love Sundance. Season passes are reasonable and location is great. A smaller resort with a perfect quaint feel. Runs for everyone in the family. Instructors here are great. We've had kids of almost every age take snowboarding or skiing lessons and never had a bad experience or even an ok experience, it has always been great. Everyone who works here has always been patient, helpful and good natured. It is just a lovely place to spend a few hours or a whole day.

My friends and I came to Sundance to go on the zip lining tour. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't very cooperative and it rained during most of the excursion. Despite every other group cancelling, we decided to go ahead and zip line. The tour guides were very accommodating and gave us special treatment because we were the only group participating. They drove us up the mountain instead of using the lifts which weren't operating. The views and overall experience were awesome. Dave and Luke were awesome guides and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

This is how we Sundance - The staff was fabulous and treated us so well! So friendly. We enjoyed walking around the premises and ate at the cafe. The sandwiches are so good! I had the bacon and Turkey with avocado. My husband had the Italian and said it was the best! Don't miss out on the cookies! Fresh ingredients, like farm fresh on everything. Come prepared to have a lovely day!

Also, the store is so cute. I appreciate the offerings and got a t-shirt and bag as a souvenir.

We took the tram up the mountain and it was so worth the views! Don't miss it! Thank you Sundance for the most memorable day our family has ever had!

Lovely place.

Attended a conference here and had a great stay. All members of the staff were kind and helpful, and I didn't have any issues while there. The rooms are really cool--more of a cabin feel than anywhere else I've stayed, though it does mean you have to walk a bit, depending on where you're going at the resort. Despite it being freezing temperatures the entire time I was there, I didn't mind walking everywhere because they have neat little trails and signs that direct you wherever you need to go on the resort.

I also took time to ski and get a massage while here, and highly recommend both amenities. Everything about this resort gives the "getaway" vibe, and it was awesome to experience.

Purchased online tickets for a Full Moon lift ride. Arrived to a full parking lot; asked attendant if we should "circle around". Brusquely told, "No, I need you to LEAVE." And so we did. Isn't it wire fraud to sell tickets that are impossible to redeem?
