WORSE internet service provider!! I would recommend this to my enemies

This company is on crack why is the pricing so horrific. I could easily get better internet for 30 dollars cheaper on hughsnet HUGHSNET

Company lies. Charges for service they don t provide. Make promises they will fix the issue and never do. They log in and mark the service ticket as resolved and it never is.

They are one of the few companies that does bill what they say, offers more than specified, and has great statistics. Their customer support is great, ala personal calls to tech, but initially the turn around for new tickets is something to improve.

Going on our third day on zero service with no idea of when the service is coming back online. Cost of service is high for regular services and now this happens.
If you have other options, I'd strongly suggest a different company.

Some of the worst internet ever 5 days without service and no one will answer the phone instead your told they are working on it. They are not they Rob you blind and there service doesn't work half the time. You shouldn't have to beg for someone to work on a service you over pay for.

The five star reviews must be paid/friends. This company has great costumer service before you re a customer but as soon as they have you pay there is no communication but outages almost every week. Now we can t even call them. No tone, no nothing when you call their phone numbers. They re our only chance to stream in our area. The big question is why has FL still areas without decent internet??

I dumped Frontier (worst, dishonest internet company) and switched to Suncoast Broadband for over 9 months now. I have not had issues yet. They are honest reliable and professional (complete opposite of Frontier).

I do not recommend this Internet what so ever! For your sake and anyone that uses internet, DO NOT GET THIS INTERNET! If your a gamer or just regular Internet surfer, either way, it's slow... just... like.... this....
