Mainly a commercial building with many offices, a huge Bikaner outlet on the ground floor, branches of Kotak Mahindra and Indusind banks, a clinic and several small shops. The overall cleanliness is good with a good security system. Basement parking is also available.

Combination of eateries and office. Ample of basement parking, which was free when I traveled. Parking on road is prohibited. Nice and clean ambiance. Business tower is well maintained.

They are really pathetic in terms of responding to emails. I have sent multiple emails, but never get a response from them. I am a NRI and the only convenient way of communication for me is email.

The quality of the construction is very poor. The walls have big cracks within one year. I hope to sell it and get out of the mess. If you are reading this and thinking to buy a property managed by them. Please think about it again!
