Over the last month been trying to get help on a automatic winding hose reel, been hung up on three times before I even get my question out, email worked for a little bit but when it came time to fix problem on their end, they stopped emailing me. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. I will go out of my way to never purchase another one of their products again.
Very slow and very poor service when you try to call or email the customer service warranty line. The company is extremely slow to respond and demands a ridiculous amount of documentation (which they already have) in order to get even the smallest part sent via replacemment warranty. I have discovered that the quality of SUNCAST brand products is far less than that of competitor RUBBERMAID. I wish I would have bought RUBBERMAID instead! Unfortunately, I made the mistake of spending almost $1,000 on a matching SUNCAST brand outdoor patio furniture set, matching hideaway hose reels, and matching garbage cans and the quality is subpar. The warranty process is such a hassle that it is not even worth it. Save your money for a company who actually makes quality products and stands behind the warranty. If you expect quality, durability and a company that stands behind their products, SUNCAST IS NOT THE COMPANY YOU WANT!
We purchased a bench that arrived with no slats. It was ordered in April and we have called every month and spoke with 6 different people. It's been 6months since we purchased this bench and still no slats.Just the metal frame that haunts me. The worst company ever. Don't waste your time and money.
I was excited to do business with Suncast after I saw their products are made in the USA. Their products are attractive. Sadly, I received damaged product (decorative panel to surround HVAC was melted on one corner) on 14MAY. Customer service placed replacement order same day. It s 06JUN and the order is still in process . It took less than a week for me to receive the first order. I can t help but see a correlation. I don t enjoy waiting in queues for hours, being on hold, having to leave voicemails with Directors of Customer Service, spending time filling out feedback forms on the website in desperation to get an issue resolved only to receive an error message, and writing hand written letters and wasting stamps as a last resort in order to receive a product that I paid for. Update: They finally sent a replacement after all that.
Horrible company. I bought a few of their resin flower pots and two quickly became deformed. They initially said me there was no warranty and then, after I told them I was going to complain to Home Depot, they agreed to send me replacement pots. BUT they never arrived. When I inquired about them, they never responded. A truly dishonest company.
Have a broken hose reel, under warranty. Have spent hours emailing, calling, on hold...was once told I'd get a replacement sent, that was 6 weeks ago. Now they have quit responding to me.
I really don't know what you all are talking about. My husband is a union fork lift driver and he is happy with his job. Great pay, benefits and he gets all kinds of OT. Thumbs up from us!

Awesome customer service given by Laura! I love the Suncast products, I personally have two of the swivel hose hideaways, a huge storage box for all of my chair cushions, and a deck box for my outdoor furniture covers. Suncast's products hold up in the hot Floriday sun. Buy with confidence!
They were nice enough to send me a replacement hose reel when the hose reel that I bought from them was defective from a very poor design. And now they want me to send it back so they can see it but I cannot get in contact with him to do that. They will not answer my emails and they will not answer my phone calls I'm about to throw this thing in the garbage
We enjoy our Suncast loveseat, chairs, tables, and hose reel more than we imagined! They brighten our deck, and give us many hours of pleasure. They are durable and comfortable for our entire family! One of our grown sons may purchase Suncast for around his pool.The storage capability is an added bonus.

i have a leaking hose reel container and this is the second one that i have owned and it started doing the same thing.They asked me to send them pictures and i did,then they asked me for a receipt and i told them right at the beginning that i could not find the receipt.I told them that i have seen many of these at the sidewalk waiting for the trash collector to take them away.I stated that this is definitely a known defect and asked for a replacement ..or the least a kit to repair them..The company then sent me a email saying that i could purchase replacement parts and thats all they can do.I have wrote to them again and they do not answer me.I am very dissapointed at this company and their customer relations.As recently as the second week of July,2017 i was told by their Facebook messenger monitors that they were sorry i am having this problem and they would reach out to the customer service and have them contact me....well,it is a week later and no one has so called reached out,but i am not surprised,this company will not do anything to keep a loyal customer happy.This is the second hose reel that i have bought and had the same problem with,and had to throw it into the trash to get hauled away ,i also bought a large storage box as well as replacement pieces for that unit when the cover broke.They do not have the decency to at least call me and explain why they will not do anything,they just hide .
I just liked working for this place for one simple fact the staff wasn't very helpful and my specific situation I'm only one review but I don't believe they are set up adequately to handle all situations of employment consideration I would not recommend working here if you are looking for somebody to help you through your career you're basically going to have to tough things out on your own figure it out on your own or be punished for your situation whether you're adequately trained or not

Purchased the Suncast deck Box, Very disappointed in product. Had one month and in 75 degree temp the box literally melted because they use cheap thin plastic. Suncast will not warranty and claims that it was due to extreme heat or e Window heat but that's a horrible excuse for your product. I have a similar deck box for 2 years now from another vendor and it's been in 117 degree weather in exact same spot and it still looks like new. I will never buy another Suncast product. Don't buy from this manufacturer.

Terrible place to work.. They make you work OT and weekends with absolutely no work.. They hire all types of criminals and sex offenders. . If you get asulted by a drug addict Suncast employee then you will get suspended. . They short you on your checks..Management is a joke.. Don't ever buy Suncast buy Rubbermaid instead. .

Without hassle Suncast sent a replacement control valve for my water assisted hose reel when it started bypassing water after a year of continued use. Great warranty service.

Purchased a shed tremont it s called I think. It s their 1000 6x8 shed. I noticed when I was installing it the panels would become very plyable in the heat but assumed when it was installed it would become more rigid. The corner after about a year started to split and the completely crack in half. I sent the company information they wanted the receipt picture of part and the foundation. Although the manual actually recommends a wood base but states as long as it s flat and level. They then said that the split happened because the foundation had to be concrete so it voided the 10 year warranty. How convienent, I think it s their scam The foundation is paver stones and had a similar shed on it for 19 years. The area is flat and level how they can tell from a photo if something is level is beyond me. I went out and put a level on every part and of course the level was zero bubble throughout. I sent them those pictures but no response. This company flat out sucks those products they make three all have problems. The 10 year warranty is fraud and this company should be closed for fraud. I think there may be enough of us for a class action lawsuit. Don t buy anything from this place. Discussed with office of president at Walmart whom handles complaints that get escalated and stated they had many problems and would be discontinuing using them also Will pursue BBB and ratings attack on company. This company sucks thirty products are lousy and a waste of money

Product is garbage. Super thin plastic. Finished putting the Tremont model BMS 8100 up just as it started to thunder and lightning. Sometime during the storm the whole thing blew over and several of the wall and ceiling screws pulled out. Metal roof supports are bent. Called manufacturer and they say call the store. Store says call manufacturer. Manufacturer says only warranty defective parts. Isn't it all defective if a thunderstorm can blow it over and destroy it? Don't waste your money. Build a wooden shed!
Love their products. Very durable and very long last. Love these guys.
