i have a leaking hose reel container and this is the second one that i have owned and it started doing the same thing.They asked me to send them pictures and i did,then they asked me for a receipt and i told them right at the beginning that i could not find the receipt.I told them that i have seen many of these at the sidewalk waiting for the trash collector to take them away.I stated that this is definitely a known defect and asked for a replacement ..or the least a kit to repair them..The company then sent me a email saying that i could purchase replacement parts and thats all they can do.I have wrote to them again and they do not answer me.I am very dissapointed at this company and their customer relations.As recently as the second week of July,2017 i was told by their Facebook messenger monitors that they were sorry i am having this problem and they would reach out to the customer service and have them contact me....well,it is a week later and no one has so called reached out,but i am not surprised,this company will not do anything to keep a loyal customer happy.This is the second hose reel that i have bought and had the same problem with,and had to throw it into the trash to get hauled away ,i also bought a large storage box as well as replacement pieces for that unit when the cover broke.They do not have the decency to at least call me and explain why they will not do anything,they just hide .
