I was excited to do business with Suncast after I saw their products are made in the USA. Their products are attractive. Sadly, I received damaged product (decorative panel to surround HVAC was melted on one corner) on 14MAY. Customer service placed replacement order same day. It s 06JUN and the order is still in process . It took less than a week for me to receive the first order. I can t help but see a correlation. I don t enjoy waiting in queues for hours, being on hold, having to leave voicemails with Directors of Customer Service, spending time filling out feedback forms on the website in desperation to get an issue resolved only to receive an error message, and writing hand written letters and wasting stamps as a last resort in order to receive a product that I paid for. Update: They finally sent a replacement after all that.
