It's a racist company and they hire incompetent and mean spirited apartment mangers that harass and illegally evict tenants, not based on fact, but based on rumor and innuendo! My son and daughter were both targeted. I got no where calling the management company and wouldn't advise anyone to rent from them that wants to live in peace.

I am not even certain if this is an actual company. You can never get an answer in the office, nor have I received my security deposit. I am very displeased, as I left my apartment in immaculate condition. The property manager has provided no assistance. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will continue to take action until this issue is resolved.

I worked for this company for a little while and while i was there i seen the Landlord stealing money from tenets and excepting cash mind u which i illegal. I seen this woman which is the Landlord make sure her and her family was ok from stolen money.

My Husband is blind and has COPD.and diabetic.and has heat trouble.it was in safe tor him to get to the car no ramp for him and a fiance was up in front of us .no rail's on bath room .I ask more then one time for a ramp and rail's.so I had to find another place to live.and they won't give us or deposit back.that is so Rong.

My experience with Sun Belt Management Co. has been awful!! On approx. March 9th I met with Chad, which is a regional mgr for Sun Belt, interviewed with him in Hartselle @ Quail Run Apartments which they also manage. We spoke of a property in Rogersville,which they were needing a manager, because they were letting go of Sherri,which had been on that property for nearly 19 years, but the property has went to hell in a hand basket (putting it nicely). I agreed to go to Rogersville to check out the property. I was going to shop the manager,But, Chad insisted I tell Sherri who I was and that I was going to be the one replacing her. After speaking to Sherri and viewing the property I knew without a doubt I could turn that property around completely!!! I then notified Chad I was interested in the position, We then made a contract that I would begin work on March 23, notified of work schedule and pay rate. I then drove to Rogersville again to pick out me an apt to stay in. I called Chad on Sun. March 23rd to confirm he was meeting me in Rogersville in the morning but he didn't answer his phone so I left a message. Approx. 30 mins later Chad called and told me they felt sorry for Sherri and didn't want to rush her out and she would remain living and working on that property But then I had no job..Angrily, I called their home office in Albertville and spoke to the owner (Paul). He stated that he had never given Chad the o.k. to hire me and had no idea I even went to the property...Chad said I would be reimbursed for gas and time spent...Still a week later...nothing!

Sunbelt Management is over the apartments my mother lives in. My mother had an infestation of bedbugs. When I called and spoke with Debbie Kelley, she 1 lied to me stating she was present when my mother's apartment was inspected. I also brought to her attention about the mold in the bathroom ceiling from a leak of the apartment above her. My mother has copd, she is a heart patient, among other health issues. I am calling the BBB today. I just going to post a picture of the mold that I took 2 days ago funny thing I do not have the option.

I am VERY displeased with the service that this company provides!!! The service that I received when I called was HORRIBLE!!! I wish something would be done from a higher level, but from the look of the reviews, nothing has been done because I received the same service that I see others have had in reviews. This isn t a good look for business. Something needs to be done!!! The receptionist at the office in Albertville, AL, wouldn t provide her name, but her customer service is not got at all!!!!

Sun Belt management folks were some of the most professional people whom you can find from Jack to Debbie to many others. I worked for an investment company that had Sun Belt manage for them and I think they were great. With that being said there are some people who may have bad days or have a bad experience with one person but that doesent mean the company is bad.

The complex was left for months on end with no management only to have the new manager be extremely rude and unprofessional. Just minutes after meeting her I was yelled at simply for closing the door behind myself upon entrance. I was nothing but nice to her and even apologetic. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be filing claims with the Better Business Bureau if I m not even simply contacted about a resolution to this.
