I have worked there for 5 months. Cannot say about all the the team leaders, but the team leader I had to face, Girish Upadhya, was pathetic. Knows no respect and acts as if he is a very tactical and a smart and understanding leader. Basically he is an empty vessel.
Not complain about all the team leaders and the managers because my manager was undoubtedly very supportive. He is a great person. He is Sagarnil Bhaumik. He would treat you very nicely and will takecare of you. He understands..
Regarding the HR dept, I wonder why there is a HR dept ? The only job they do is they shortlist the candidates. They do not even interview the candidates either. That is done by the managers. I cannot comment on the HR dept, because they have no function within the company whatsoever.

If its more than 4 hours and no news or information on further proceedings or selection. Better leave. We 16 people spend 10 hours to wait for operations round and called next day for rejection

Its a very reliable and stable company. The company is surrounded by many talented people and the company always provides learning opportunities and carrier growth to every individual employee.

Worst place to work. Work place is good but managers and senior employees are horrible. Women are not safe.

When you want only experience person they why you call fresher for interview. And interview process in too lame like if you come at 12 then you are going back at 8 . Only sit there .

I'm HRD Trainer from New Delhi. It's worst company I've ever seen. They waste valuable time of candidates. They don't know proper etiquette of taking interview. If you don't want to get insulted by other employees, you should avoid it. I received lots of complaints personally from other ex-employees. I also faced same problem last year.

I came here for an interview yesterday for job opportunity via a consultancy. Many like me were harassed and kept waiting for 2 hours or more to no avail!
The security team asked seven of us out of eleven people to leave abruptly.
That too, very rudely.
Whereas all we wanted were jobs to earn money not to pastime!
Very unprofessional HR department here.
Therefore, I'd request everyone, If value your time and effort, please dont waste your time to come in this interview.

Medical billing company... if you are looking for a nice KPO, you must try it. It's challenging when you start but worth of if you stay

Please forget previous experiences! Here you can get poor salary! Incentive is not available! As transport boundary is limited so HR Payel Guha refused to give cab to my home location. Basically office time is from 1:30 PM to 8 AM so you are going to get your shift in between that time as per process. Life will become hell if you join this company by following above criteria !

In experienced hr team does not know how to talk fluent in English.

Worst company on Earth they are cheater , hr policies always changes, they promise to provide yearly appraisal then they do not provide any such appraisal apart from that , when I have left the company without serving the notice period they haven't paid me the money till the day I have worked and they say that is their policy. I would request you guys that do not step into this company if you do then you will regret for sure in future. Thanks !

Guys!!! I know that people are reacting on my post either positively or negatively but don't take me otherwise,there is a rumour that I want damage the reputation of the company and its people.. No, the fight is not against any particular entity or individual but the situation which I faced.... I am protesting against the odds, which should be avoided in order to bring a good and heathy working environment and it's true that I have filed a dispute in the Labour Commissionrate against all these odds and tomarrow sharp at 12.00 pm, I have a one to one meeting with Assistant Labour Commissioner, Bidhan Nagar Jurisdiction........ I have been called upon to hear the dispute settlement as the other party have already replied in written, so guys I don't want any favour from any one but I wants to update about the same.......

Stupid company. Will make u wait for 2 to 3 hours for interview. And then they will escort you with all the interviewees to the conference room for a group interrogation. Their highest pay slab doesnt cross 16k a month. I literally walked out from the room when I heard that. Complete wastage of a good afternoon.

How someone get rejected after having 33 wpm with 89 % accurecy with the excuse you have to improve typing speed but the requirement is 25 wpm :D

used to work here, people are good, work environment is a bit strict like schools, managers are more or less helpful and good in nature. Food is pathetic and transport is substandard.
