Excellent place, superb staff.. with genuine smiles always ready to help.. felt very welcomed! Not that pricey as compared to others.. u get your own cottage.. the beds are super comfy, spacious bathrooms. Nice location, slightly out of town..which is great.. but not that far too.
Few improvements needed.. which would make this place perfect like the hot-water showers need some tweaking- when wanting warm shower..it gives out too hot water or not at all.. no milk in fridge to make coffee.. other than that everything else seems at place.

Great lobby and bungalows. Staff friendly. Food OK but not exceptional.

We liked it there. It could do with a gym .the staff were wonderful however it could do with a paint and waterblasting

We did not stay at the Orator Hotel, however did have a 70th birthday function held here on the 17/10/16, the email communication between us in NZ and Sipa from Orator was great. All details were finalized prior to our arrival in Samoa via email. We visited Sipa the morning of the function to finalise details and have a look at the venue set up, it was above and beyond our expectations! Everything was beautifully set up and the food was great. I highly recommend holding a function at the Orator Hotel, Sipa and staff we thank you very much for making the night a grand success and working so hard to make it perfect. We will be sure to stay on our next visit to Samoa. Thanks again Bruno and Vera

Good buffet Samoan hotel with separated fales set in nice gardens around 3 level pool deck. Bar was good food was very basic and no WiFi or TV. On weekends wedding take over and block off everything with very loud music till very late.

Absolutely loved this place, the people are friendly, the service is professional.

Great hotel for families. The buffet breakfast was ok. Staff were nice. Love the pools. But bring insect repelant as a lot of mozzies. But price is fair.

This review is only for their Sunday lunch buffet. Good when you don't want to cook on Sundays.

Did the Sunday Toana'i ( brunch) here and it was awesome!! Good food and live Dj.
