STAY AWAY! Orders do not process and customer service is a nightmare to deal with! They claim they have a "total system meltdown" and aren't fulfilling orders. I would not give your personal information to them due to major IT issues. Save your money and time and steer clear of this sketchy company.

So far its not looking good. The summit sports family needs to explain what's happening. I purchased skates from their fellow website inlineskates.com only to be informed the order I placed cannot be fulfilled due to the item being out of stock. After reaching out via chat "Rick" the chat host went idle after 10 minutes of not being responsive. I have called the businesses, tried emailing to no avail. Hopefully i can update this with good news, but I think I've been finnese'd. Even though they claim a 5 day delay period, it doesn't excuse the fact that they are dodging calls and leaving dead ends for customers.

Ordered Skis and Poles. The poles came as advertised. The skis haven't shipped yet more than two weeks after my order was placed. Two emails haven't been answered. No one answers the phone....I literally got an automated call back saying "No one is available to return your call". It is as if the company went out of business sometime in the last two weeks...except I get several marketing emails from them every day.

They are severely lacking in the customer service ...

They are severely lacking in the customer service department. R Jones was extremely rude over the phone, the live chat that only Rick is in charge of is nearly non existent and if you do manage to get Rick to reply, expect 10-20 minutes in between messages to get an answer or reply. No one answers their phone number and the voicemail does not accept messages, it hangs up. Expect your order to be delayed by several days without notice, even if your billing and shipping info match perfectly. They are sticklers for their policies if it favors them to buy time on your order, and they don't follow them if it's in the customers favor. Not even an apology for the delay. I'll never order from here again, not after my experience.

Unable to process orders for weeks (up to 14 business days) due to a "technical issue". Customer service emails are non-responsive and the live chat is useless. It looks like others have experienced this kind of issue in the past, making this "technical issue" suspect and the most likely cause is incompetence.

Placed an order for skis and bindings 2 months ago. Started emailing and calling after the 5-7 day delivery time had passed; no emails were ever returned. Called customer service numerous times and waited 15 minutes for them to pick up, only to hear the same excuses: new software program, the order is being processed, the warehouse will ship your item within the next few days, etc. I've asked to speak to a manager on multiple occasions, only to be told: "he's out of the building" or "he'll call you back in an hour" - and today's new one - "he quit last Friday and we don't have a supervisor anymore."
As the reviews on here say, THIS COMPANY IS NOT CREDIBLE.

Do not purchase from this company. I purchased inline skates for over $300 and they arrived with a defect. They tried to offer me a very small discount and I refused. They agreed to refund them and the skates were returned using their own shipping label. Weeks later I am now waiting on Paypal to resolve the issue because they have not issued my refund.
